Private terrace penthouse with elevator Piazza Spagna

Ubicación céntrica, muy cómodo para visitar Roma paseando. Está a cerca de todo lo que se quiera visitar. La terraza por las noches una gozada si hace mucho calor. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño. Pendiente de nosotros antes de la llegada.

We fell in Love with Rome...This apartment also played a great role. It has a very good Aura and we left with only positive feelings when leaving...Very good location, we were in the central location but simultaneously it was very quiet. Very Attentive and not problematic host :)

Actually when you are travelling especially with a family you should understand that it is not your own home and you may face some discrepancies, The only thing I would admit is an air conditioning, despite we stayed at one of the hottest days I suggest if the air-conditions are just cleaned they will work much much more better...

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα, με καταπληκτική βεράντα! Φωτεινό, ευάερο, πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Πολύ κοντά στην Popolo και τη Spagnia, πηγαίνεις με τα πόδια στα περισσότερα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, κοντά σε συγκοινωνίες, κεντρικότατο αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχο και ασφαλές. Ο Matteo είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Πολύ κατατοπιστικός, συμπαθέστατος και πάντα διαθέσιμος. Μάλιστα, όταν αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα πρόβλημα από δικό μας λάθος, ήρθε αμέσως να μας βοηθήσει. Μας άφησε να κάνουμε check out αργά, γιατί δεν είχε νοικιαστεί από άλλους το διαμέρισμα την ημέρα της αναχώρησής μας, κι έτσι κερδίσαμε μια ξεκούραστη μέρα στη Ρώμη. Θα το προτείνουμε σε όλους τους φίλους μας ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία, Matteo! Εις το επανιδείν!
