the cook top didn’t work!

Prime location, literally steps away from fontana di trevi. Despite the incredible location, dead silent day and night (due to apartment facing an inner court and being on fifth floor). You can be very close to everywhere and can sleep peacefully at night, which is a big plus. Clean and spacious apartment with high ceilings that can easily acommodate 6 people. Full kitchen with all the utensils. 2 bathrooms (each with a shower and wc, one with also a bidet) with towels and toiletries. 4 Tvs in bedrooms and living room and even the dining room, thats crazy :) beds were comfy and A/c was working nicely. Communication with the owner was swift and check in was smooth.

Weak WiFi in one bedroom. This might be due to my Phone being an old model though. No terrace, not even a french window. It would have been nice to have a lil outdoor area where you can smoke. The doors to building, lift and apartment were all so narrow that we had to take the wheels out of our stroller to make it fit through. This might be frusturating if you are travelling with a stroller or are in a wheelchair. Also while there is a lift -which imo is also a bit small. We, a family of four with two kids, couldnt fit in altogether with a stroller and/or luggage so had to take two trips each time using it :)- , you still have to take a flight of stairs to reach it (like 10-15 steps only but still) No place to store luggage for early check in or late check out. There is paid storage nearby but we didnt check the prices. Overall we were glad with our choice and might choose this place again but just wanted my fellow travellers to be aware of the above :)

Anna the hostess was very kind . Perfect Location. Beautiful condo. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning. Decoration.

Feeling VERY uncomfortable and un-welcomed by ALL the owners in the building. Not just by the one whom I was warned about by the owner. Is it because there are too many tourists coming in and out? Or is it that the condo by-laws forbid short term rental? I was never provided any proof that it was permitted. The view on the roof was spectacular until I was confronted by a co-owner. I felt like a thief /intruder even though my husband paid a fortune for this condo ( to surprise me for our 25 th anniversary). What a surprise:( If it wasn’t for that major negative drawback , these are the only small points that I would have to pointed out. The fridge is mini and without a compartment for the freezer in order to make ice. Can’t open most drawers in the kitchen and main bedroom because of the bars ( knobs) on the drawers. Low water pressure when showering. Literally was only 6 regular glasses ,2 wine glasses and 2 coffee cups, so no use for a dishwasher.
