Ubicación. Buen aire acondicionado. Buen estado del apartamento y amplitud del mismo.

Zonas comunes del edificio muy muy viejas, abandonadas. Ascensor muy pequeño y muy muy viejo. Pocos enchufes. No tienen zona para dejar las maletas el día que se deja el apartamento, pero hay consignas cerca.

The location was perfect and with a beautiful view of Via Frattina! It was also a plus to have a taxi stand just outside the apartment and that the building had a lift.

Since it is very central, even though the apartment is on the 5th floor, we could hear the street noise during the night. The apartment does not offer any luggage storage solutions but luckily there are luggage storage units close by in Via delle Vite.

Perfect location for walking, eating and shopping. Comfy beds and apartment. Cab stand outside the door. 2 minute walk to Spanish steps. A+

The phone or door buzzer rang several times in the middle of the night. Twice one night and 5-6 times on another night. Finally unplugged the phone by the door.

We had a fantastic stay at Thebestinrome Piazza di Spagna. On the morning before flying to Rome, Daniel texted to ask for our arrival time and answered a few of our questions. When we messaged him from the airport with our ETA, he arrived on his scooter to greet us, show us around the apartment, and hand over the keys — such a warm and welcoming start to our trip. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right beside the Spanish Steps. Being so central made it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Taxi rank located right outside the door (which was really handy for our early airport return). The apartment itself was spotless, clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were divine after a day of exploring! We especially loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, which made travelling as a group so much more convenient. Another unexpected bonus was having McDonald’s right next door — we arrived late when all restaurants were closed, so it was great to be able to grab food easily when we were all tired and hungry after travelling!!! If we were being picky, the apartment could perhaps do with a fresh coat of paint, but that’s a very minor detail. Overall, it was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
