La propreté, l'emplacement, l'équipement (la machine à laver est un vraie plus), les petites attentions (café, gel douche, etc), la courtoisie de Roberto.
Les voisins bruyants de l'appartement mitoyen; mais cela n'enlève en rien la qualité de la location.

Large, modern, comfortable apartment in Trastevere. The location was great - away from the crowds in Trastevere, and a very short walk over the river to both the central historic district and the Colosseum area. The aircon was great (Rome was very hot!), and the washing machine was very useful. Excellent communication with the host who provided us with lots of local recommendations.

Very nice and new apartment, close to the river and well equipped with airco and all amenities. One is on entresol where you should not have too much luggage but we slept very well! Each bed has its own airco so you can regulate climate inside very well.
