The location was amazing and beds were comfy. Also the air con was a blessing to come into after a day walking in the heat.

Location is fantastic, easy walking distance to all of the attractions of Rome. Cleanliness was good, and the beds clean and comfortable. Owner was pleasant and easy to deal with.
Air conditioning in the large bedroom was not working very well, it blew air but it wasn’t cold air, and a couple of warm days in Rome resulted in a couple of very warm nights in that bedroom. Check the air con has been fixed before you book. Some of the photos on the booking.com website are not of the unit we stayed at. Some are, but some aren’t, particularly of the bathroom and kitchen.The owner may have another unit and has included these photos, but it is misleading, so make sure you know what you’re booking. Equipment level was sparse, but OK.
