Street location

The villa is bigger and nicer than in the pictures with plenty of space. It is tastefully decorated and has plenty of amenities. The pool is a decent size. Staff are friendly and efficient. Easy to get to anywhere as the motorway is near. A shopping mall is also a 5 min drive away.

The street is pretty busy and it can be noisy at night. A heated pool would have been even better and parts of the decorations and paintings are starting to age. The car space is a bit narrow as is the street as cars park there. The above are minor points and we would happily stay again.

Location a bit noisy next to banana factory and hospital being built.

The house is really nicely equipped. With nice pool, 6 sun chairs, outside barbecue area with table and chairs, large “sunbrella”. They did bring some big wooden logs, but then you have to do a little bit of DIY to get smaller ones to start the fire. Inside is nice living room, kitchen equipped with almost everything you need. There were few things missing so they brought it in a few days. They have slice toaster and hand blender just with knives attachment. Microwave is there, water heater kettle also and a quite a lot of dishes. Dishwasher is there as is washing machine…both with washing powder already there. “Play” room is equipped with pool table and football table. Every floor has toilet. Master bedroom has separate bathroom and other two rooms are sharing one. Pool was dirty and full of algae when we came. It took one week for filtering to do its job and clean it as it should be! Good thing we were there for two weeks. Big mistake was also key delivery....we had to wait for hour and a half outside of property after 12 hours of travelling. Really disappointed for the amount of money we “left” them. Somebody should be waiting for us with champagne in their hands...if I can be sarcastic a little bit. Maybe they should add sandwich toaster and blender with whiskers in the kitchen…and some SHARP big knives. For the house itself…well, if you are a tight sleeper like a baby, than it is great, but if not…well…they have those sliding windows that are really terrible with sound isolation…you can hear everything from the street which is in front the house almost as you would have windows open…so bear in mind. I would say that street is 4/10 for traffic density. So you get some sleep, between 23h and 6 a.m. :) Nearby Banana factory is not a problem. We did ask for some compensation for above "problems" with pool and keys and still didn't get any answer after 10 days.
