The size, facilities (kitchen well stocked), great value for money! The owner came out promptly when we had an issue with the dishwasher, bringing an engineer & the cleaner/maid to change the sheets. The owner was very quick with communication & helpful.
Shower head in main bathroom needs replacing, some of the plastic beaker need replacing as they are cracked & leaked.

Zentrale Lage in Funchal. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool und Grill. Gut ausgestattete Küche, hochwertiges modernes Haus. Meerblick vom Balkon. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gute Kommunikation.

"The place was gorgeous! Location was great- there was an electrical gate around the property and a couple neighbouring houses which made it feel really secure and it was an 8 minute walk to local shop..."
