The appartment is at a great location, with a view on the lake, beaches nearby and central Annecy around the corner. The appartment is also spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. It has a balcony on the side of the lake which is large enough to have your diner outside. There is also a parking place in the basement which is very convenient for central Annecy

When we stayed in the appartment maintenance work was going on on the elevators and outside but that obviously is a necessary and temporary thing. That aside everything was fine :-)

We loved everything about this apartment. We were met by a friendly lady (sorry, I can't remember her name) who explained everything about the apartment. From the gorgeous foyer to the views of the lake and the parking space for our car, everything about the apartment was great. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable for 4 people. It was a lovely 10-15 min walk to the old town along the lake front. You could hire boats and Pedalos within a 5 min walk. We had a brilliant time.

The road next to the apartment is busy for most of the day and night which did bring a little noise. This did not annoy us but should be considered if you want peace and quiet.
