I had a very comfortable stay here. The host was really kind and quick to respond whenever needed The apartment was clean, bright and cozy, with air conditioning and an iron, which was very convenient. I also liked that there were sleeping places both on the first floor and upstairs. Overall, an awesome stay

Schönes, schlichtes, modern renoviertes Apartment im positiven Sinn ausgestattet mit dem Nötigsten. Für mich ideale Lage zwischen Meer und Sprachschule :-). Bio-Supermarkt und geniales Programmkino (Rialto) in der Nähe. Die Elektronik des Schlüssels funktionierte bei meiner Ankunft nicht, sofort wurde per Telefon eine Lösung gefunden, obwohl Sonntagnachmittag war. Dichte Fenster, trotz Verkehrs sehr ruhig.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Fön, eine Küchenrolle und zwei Kochtöpfe mehr würden den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten :-).

“Wi-fi” suboptimal to say the least

Lovely little apartment, clean, modern and very well located from everywhere, and everything. Everything was a very short walk away.

Very noisy, walls are very thin. My apartment was 201 and could hear the constant noise from the apartment upstairs, banging around, and walking. This was also at 1am in the morning I could hear them hoovering. So as from a noise perspective I would definitely say the apartment is probably 4 out of 10. There was also on one of the evenings returning back at 10pm a strange man outside the building asked me for the code to get in, which was a bit suspicious and made me feel very unsafe.
