5 minuti a piedi dal mare e 20 nel cuore di Nizza. Tutti i servizi, bar e supermercati vicini. Parcheggio nelle circostanze della struttura facile da trovare, i parcheggi a Nizza sono tutti ha pagamento dalle 9:00 alle 20:00, ovviamente parlo dei parcheggi in strada.

A new building with the new elevator. The location is perfect! 5 min from the beach and 12 min from the Nice Ville station, 1 min to tram. Fully equipped kitchen and 2-3 min to Casino supermarket that works till 11 PM! The toasts maker and the coffeemaker(you need to buy coffee capsules only). The nice terrace. A good hairdryer and an iron. Wifi was ok.

We didn’t have some small things like dishwashing liquid and a sponge, extra toilet paper (we stayed for a full week and to have a one extra would be good), 1 extra garbage bag. When you stay for 7 nights it is not a problem to buy this things but it would be nice to have it included. The communication with administration before our check in was not clear. I had some questions to clarify 10 days before our check in date and I should contact booking support for the help because I cannot get an answer from the admins. As I understood later they manage a lot of apartments and they are very busy. I can understand that. But when I cannot have an answer I start to think that the apartments that I’ve booked is not active anymore.

Location was good, apartment was ok.

There was no cups, glasses (1 glass for apartment for 2 person, this is not normal), poor equipment. I was writing to host for more glasses, nobody respond, a lot of small bugs in apartment, but maybe this is wine of fact, that the apartment is on the first floor, poor contact with host
