I am definitely coming back.

The property is family owned. The hosts are the best you can imagine, always friendly, helpful and kind. You feel you are visiting your family. The hosts even had a BBQ party for all the guests. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped and quiet. The yard is with a lot of greenery and there you can socialize, if you desire, with the hosts and other guests. The kids can enjoy the tree house , swings and toys. All is arranged and decorated with a lot taste. In the evenings the candles are lit and that brings additional charm. The location is perfect, a few minutes walking to the beach and restaurants. There is a lot of parking space in the street.

Our stay was great! Kostas and Martina were great hosts. Very friendly and kind people! We felt truly special! Kostas even showed us his interesting personal wine museum. The location was great - everything was close by. We would happily come again!

The place I want to visit again very soon! Last weekend we spent a short vacation at KoNaKaRi Garden and my family and I fell in love with the hotel. Very nice atmosphere; the rooms are large and very well decorated, with taste. Equipped kitchen with everything you need, spacious bathroom. Spacious living room and bedroom. Private veranda with tables and chairs. Beautiful garden with tables, a barbecue, and a children's corner, where you can spend your evenings with family or friends. 3 minutes from the central part of the city and the same from the beaches. And the hosts - they are great. Very kind and responsive, answered all our questions and responded to all our requests. I not only highly recommend the place to everyone, but I think it is a MUST to visit it! And as soon as possible!

Perfect

Place is very nice. It is located in the best part of Stavros in my view. A lot of greenery and trees to throw a shadow in the hot days. The garden is marvelous, shadowy with many trees. Very welcoming place. There is a swing for the children and you can sit and have a coffee while your child is playing in the garden in the hot late afternoon before dinnertime. The hosts are extremely nice people, ready to provide you with anything you need. The suites are clean and there is everything you need for a good stay. The property is very close to the beach (5 mins) on foot. The best tavernas are around the area - Stratis (at the roundabout is the best), Amalthia is also very nice. There is a bakery at the corner where you can get a good breakfast and coffee. Also, the best bugatsa in Stavros is also at the corner. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Stavros considering the location, the cleanliness and the hospitality of the owners.

1. Some of the guests are very noisy and they don't follow the quiet hours - shouting, talking loud after 15 pm when one would like to rest after the beach :) 2. The air conditioning couldn't cool the upper floor well and it was quite hot there to sleep. Maybe it needs a few days to work in order to cool down the place well.

The stay was nice with some exceptions

The garden and the host were really nice. The room was nicely decorated. There were enough parking places nearby. The beach was close to the property.

There is a church very close to the property and in weeekends and on holidays it was ringing the bell really loud at 7am and even in the evening at 23 pm. if you want to rest it's a little hard not to hear that loud noise (about 1 minute) The rooms are really close one to another and our neighbours were staying late on the balcony every night and were talking and we couldn't sleep with the windows opened, wich was necessary because the beds are on the upper level of the room and was to hot with the windows closed. It smelled like mold under the sink.

Wonderful place in Stavros

This is an amazing place, very clean, very cozy, built with a lot of design and attention to every detail. The rooms have everything you need, in the yard - plenty of shade and places to play and rest. It is very close to the center of Stavros and at the same time very peaceful. We enjoyed coming back every night. But the best thing there are the people who take care of this place and each of their guests personally. The owners are so warm, attentive and helpful that you really end up leaving as a friend. We could only regret that our stay was too short. But we would be very happy to stay there for much longer, to have more of Kosta's spicy fish soup and warm atmosphere :) Thank you for everything, Nana and Kosta! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ :) We will be back someday for sure! Love from Bulgaria.
