Location, access to the small, almost private, beach. Lush backyard. Peaceful and very quite place, far from the overcrowded town nearby. Perfect if you travel with a dog.
Lack of A/C in all bedrooms. Beach was littered with debris. The last stretch of the road leading to the villa is a dirt road, not very well maintained. Bathrooms are outdated. WiFi almost useless outside of the living room.
