the heating system was not functioning due to busted pipes a week before (-25 degrees celsius) and the property set up space heaters in each room. cold bathrooms because of that.

Heating system & hot water is perfect. We stayed 2 bedroom apartment (26), it is quite enough for 4 people. Huge beds. Wifi is good.

In order to change towels, you have to call and they do change it once in 5 day stay. They give 1 face towel for 3 people, which is not enough. WC paper again you have to call. Huge kitchen with excellent new electric appliances but kitchen ware is not enough and missing things (like no pan for soup etc). TV are extremely old fashioned and not enough channels in English (I think just one channel). The curtains are not clean. The pillows are not comfortable. Some small thinks can make this place a great. And these things are quite easy to achieve.

The hosts were very friendly, but that's about it.

The building does need some renovation, there is a lot of moist in the rooms and they are difficult to warm up. I would not recommend for longer stay that 1-2 days.
