Lovely, cozy cottage with a wonderful view

It was very well stocked with everything we could need, and very clean too! We loved the location, it was so nice sitting in the kitchen and looking out the window at the lovely view. The beds were comfortable and the kids especially enjoyed the smart TV. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return sometime!

Comfortable, full of amenities, just what we wanted, a country side cottage close to town but far enough to make you nee

Pro and Con of this place is the location. Magical place to unwind and reset in a peaceful setting. It is very car dependent. While it was great to get away from the bustling cities of Dublin and Cork, it does make you plan how you want to handle your meals. We opted to hit the supervalu and cook our breakfasts so we could have a slow, leisure morning. Then grab dinner in town on the way back to the cottage. One of the coolest things about this place was the cattle drive on the street in the evening and morning, the farmer from down the street was super friendly and educational. Turns out cows do not like strangers so best to give a wide birth in one of the pullouts if on foot. This place is not far from Slea Head Drive and even just up the road from Gallarus Castle and Oratory.

As mentioned, to some the location can be a turn off since it is car dependent, on small, tight country roads. Personally I enjoyed that.

There were five of us and we can only recommend the house.

This house is in a fantastic location, very clean, and has plenty of space. If there were any minor issues, all you needed to do was send an email and they were resolved immediately.

The mattresses could be replaced.

Loved the quiet location and not too far from Dingle and scenic drives. Plenty of space and nice views to the West for sunset. A bit like living on the farm with all the comforts.

A few minor issues. Needed some light bulbs in lamps and shower doors could use an upgrade.

Relaxing stay at cozy traditional cottage

Lovely traditional cottage with half door and sweeping mountain views from the large kitchen. Easy drive to Ballydavid, Ballyferriter and Dingle approx ten minutes each, and all the sights of the stunning Dingle peninsula. Darragh was a very helpful and gracious host. We would love to stay again.

Was a bit too cold in the night, One bedroom has a very high ceiling, and there was a big cob web in the roof window, I'm afraid of spiders and couldn't sleep because of it.

A great find.

Very enjoyable stay. Well appointed old cottage with all mod cons. Surrounded by large gardens with a seaview at the bottom so very safe for kids. The host was very helpful with delivering something we needed. Highly recommended. Expect a 5-6 km drive to Dingle.

Cobwebs around the windows could do with some attention but overall we loved it.

Lovely cosy clean cottage a few minutes drive to Dingle. It slept 7 (3ads&4kids) of us comfortably. Kitchen really well equipped. Close to Dingle Ventry and Slea Head Drive. Would return and recommend it. Great value for money.

lovely scenery , good location for travelling to see the sights and the house itself was immaculate ! Everything one would need to enjoy there holiday. Microwave ,dishwasher & washing machine and a bath which we were delighted with when having small kids.

Second time staying at this property. If you have a car, I think it is a perfect location, less than 10 minutes from Dingle town. The property has great views and it is a beautiful clean cottage. Seamless check in/out. Stayed as a group of friends, but would also be an excellent property for a family holiday with kids. Big back garden and close to the beach.
