Residence Glamour Excellent

The space and location were great as was elevator access.

It was historically hot outside and some type of air conditioning is a must with climate change. One refrigerator stopped working, but the other worked and that was enough for us. A welcome pack with water and basics would be a nice addition.

This apartment is incredibly well equipped. It was clean and spacious and the interior layout suited us very well. Good location

We were on the ground floor and it was too noisy. The main door to the building slams and noise echoes.

Location, Location Location! This was the perfect spot for my family to experience Prague for the first time. The proximity to Old Town made for an easy walk while keeping us just outside the major crowds. There is a nice grocery store within walking distance that allowed us to keep the kitchens stocked. Trams and buses were easily accessible within a couple blocks. These apartments are quite large and gave our party of 7 ample space to relax and enjoy the lovely rooms and decor. There was a glitch in the elevator one day, but the host was able to have it fixed within hours.

The only issue was the floors of the showers. They were quite slick and made it difficult for my elderly parents. I would suggest some sort of anti-slip mats be made available.

Amazing location and easy to get into.

Very good apartment but very very bare from the perspective of ‘basics’. 4 sachets of coffee split across 2 apartments is a bit surprising considering we paid £2000 for the apartments.
