APT in Prague Charles Bridge 1km by Michal&Friends

Perfect location, very well connected. Main road but quiet even during busy times. Away from the super touristy areas but close enough to be able to reach the old town and everywhere else we needed to get to on foot (or using the super easy tram system). Very clean apartment with everything you might need for a short stay provided (particularly nice touches were salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen and laundry essentials). The bed was massive and very comfortable.

The kitchen was a little small for cooking anything that would require more than one pot (if I really had to nitpick), but it was serviceable for a one-week stay (or more if you're OK with quick and simple meals!)

The apartment is spacious and nice, very conveniently located right near the tram station and having lots of shopping options and restaurants around. There are two big bedrooms (3 and 4 beds) and a small one with a double bed, a dining area, a very cozy kitchen, a toilet and a shower room. It's a perfect place for a family or a very close group of friends. Bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet (one of them was facing the street with the tram and cars, but it was not particularly noisy), temperature can be set individually in each room. We were pleasantly surprised to find washing powder and laundry softener, dishwasher tabs and complimentary salt, pepper and oil. These are small details that hosts never think about, but they make your life so much easier. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, we did not miss anything (we appreciated to have even paper towels). Self check in was easy, we received clear instructions in advance and everything went smoothly.

The bathroom and toilet room are a little dated, they could use some refreshing. Also, since the apartment is housing up to 7 people, it would be useful to have more options. A tiny sink in the toilet room and a second toilet in the shower room would make everything a lot better and raise the value of the apartment.

Хорошая квартира, расположена в удобном месте, прямо возле остановки трамвая Arbesovo náměstí (ближайшая станция метро Anděl), до Танцующего дома можно дойти пешком, да и в принципе все основные достопримечательности не очень далеко. Заехать по факту можно было на час раньше, чем указано на booking. Общение с хозяевами онлайн - все четко, ключи забрали без проблем, никуда в офис идти за ключами не надо. Кругом много магазинов, кафе, большой торговый центр. Напротив в Chléb a hry вкусный хлеб и выпечка. В самой квартире есть стиральная машина (и запас порошка для стирки), что очень порадовало летом. Кухня маленькая, но все необходимое в ней есть - можно приготовить и поесть. Wi-fi работал без нареканий. Вроде как квартира рассчитана на четверых, двоим людям будет комфортно, четверым, ну наверное только если двое из них - дети. :) Окна выходят на оживленную улицу, но вроде это сильно не мешало. Удобно выбрасывать мусор (по прошлому опыту знаю - не везде есть нормальный доступ к мусорным бакам), к мусорным бакам и небольшому скверу можно выйти через дверь подвального/цокольного этажа. Если вдруг эта дверь за вами захлопнулась (у меня так было) - основной ключ от здания подойдет и для того, чтобы открыть эту дверь.

В доме не работал лифт во время проживания, но это не вина хозяев - был ремонт. Нет кондиционера, но есть два вентилятора, так что можно жить нормально и во время жары. Можно добавить какую-то сушилку для посуды наверное, но не критично. В общем нареканий нет, все понравилось. Děkuju! :)

Very quiet appartement. Loads - really - of places to buy food and lots of reastaurants around. A hyper-market in a huge shopping centre 5 minutes down the road. Very surprising and unexpected. Public transport - trams - just outside the front door. Metro, 5 minute walk to it. Old town centre, 30 minutes amble away. Pleasant to walk there too.

The kitchen is tiny and the selection of available pans, almost inexistant. Good enough for knocking up a quick and simple meal... Bed very comfortable but, big blankets nowhere to be seen. A Czech thing ? TV works great if you have an Amazon account or something similar - no local tv prorammes available. Vexing. Admitted, I don't speak czech but I like to see the sort of things others watch.
