Charles Apartments in Old Town

We absolutely loved our stay in Prague. The city itself was incredible, but the house made the experience even more special. The rooftop deck was a true highlight—we were literally amongst the spires up there, perfect for playing cards and enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the “city of a hundred spires.” The location couldn’t have been better. Step outside and you’re right in the lively heart of the city, with so much to see and do. Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock Tower were just minutes away, making it so easy to explore everything on foot. The property was spotless, very clean, and the staff were responsive and friendly. We also loved how private and spacious the home felt. The open layout, beautiful windows, and incredible views made it feel really special. There was a small elevator, which fit two people or one person with a bag, which was very convenient. The stairs were also easy to use—wide, well lit, and they felt very safe. There were so many great restaurants nearby. We especially loved Pork’s—the best sausage we’ve ever had—and the “trdelník”-style dessert with strawberries and ice cream in the warm pastry was absolutely to die for. Inside, everything was thoughtfully equipped: excellent air conditioning, a washer and dryer (a big plus), and a very comfortable couch that made it easy to relax after long days of walking. Overall, everything was special and fun, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The location is the most amazing and in the heart of the old town and close to the clock tower. It is located in an area where cars are not allowed and to the Uber dropped us a short distance away and we had to walk to the location. The instructions from the host are excellent and it was a breeze to get into the apartment. The location and the apartment are magical and truly made our stay in Prague so very memorable. The apartment is clean and spacious and homely. The terrace was so amazing and the view of important places in the area made is unforgettable.

I think a shower curtain in the upper bathroom would be helpful and a couple more towel racks.

I was disappointed to find that the advertised photo of the terrace was only available for 1 room. I think the property failed to advertise this.

Absolutely great location. Helpful fun local recommendations and easy check in. Clean sheets and towels. Serviceable amenities.

Not clearly advertised. The pictures are misleading for example show the view from the top floor terrace even for the middle floor apartment. No little luxuries, for the price, you would expect nice shampoo and conditioner at least. Only low quality body wash provided. No soap in the sink dispenser. Coffee pods only enough for 2 mornings for 3 persons- should be at least enough for each morning of the stay.
