The beds were very comfortable and the building was very secure. No need to worry about losing a key as they provide a door code to be used on all the doors which I enjoyed. There was a full kitchen facility and the bathrooms were nice. The location was excellent.

Booking.com listing indicated this property has AC. It does not.

* The keypad entry system is convenient and makes accessing the apartment easy. * Excellent location. Despite the unbearable nighttime noise, you’re right in the middle of everything and can walk almost everywhere. * They provide basic essentials such as toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and Nespresso capsules. * I needed a late checkout, and they kindly approved it.

I stayed in Apartment #22. * No air conditioning. The listing mentions fans, but don’t make the same mistake I did by assuming that, at this price (€635 for 4 nights), an apartment in Europe would have A/C. During our stay (July 27-August 1), temperatures reached 35°C (95°F), and the room felt like an oven. There are three fans, but they are basic, low-powered models that do little to cool the space. * Because the room gets so hot, you need to keep all the windows open. That’s when the real nightmare begins. * The street is extremely busy until around 3 a.m. Since we had to leave the windows open, the noise was unbearable. I had read another review mentioning this issue and didn’t take it seriously. That was my second mistake. Even if you normally don’t mind noise, drunk people shouting outside your window all night will eventually bother you. Trust me. * Uber and taxis cannot drop you off directly at the apartment. You’ll need to walk 1-2 minutes with your luggage through a very crowded pedestrian area packed with tourists. * Bathroom: The bathroom floor was literally grimy. It looked dirty, dark, and stained. The shower door doesn’t contain the water properly, so the entire bathroom floor gets soaked. The bathroom fan makes plenty of noise but doesn’t effectively remove odors or steam. * “Themed room”? The listing advertises the room as having a whimsical theme. In reality, they placed four hats above the bed that collect dust and call it a themed room. Don’t fall for the marketing. If you’re looking for a place to sleep comfortably during the summer, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The combination of intense heat, no air conditioning, and relentless street noise made it difficult to rest and enjoy our stay. The location is great, but for us, it wasn’t enough to outweigh the discomfort.
