BHG Apartments Prague

Property was great , nice location and unmatched interior.

Staircase to get up to the apartment , no lift available so it can be troublesome for people who needs lift .

BHG Apts located 2 blocks from Old Historic Square /Astronomical Clock and view of Prague Castle from the end of our street was fantastic! Easy access with Hotel U Prince who were very accommodating. Outstanding breakfast, the Apartment was clean and everything was working. Clean old fashioned accommodations (with an elevator), The apartment was not the like the newest high dollar hotel suites. An excellent value and we were so pleased to be able to stay at this wonderful location.

We had no complaints. Most European apartments do not have air conditioning, but here floor fans were provided for every room. We did not have a problem with the rooms.

The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel's online security system is unacceptable. I have been targeted by scammers multiple times posing as the hotel and demanding payment. They addressed me by my full name and possessed all my personal details, which is highly concerning. Furthermore, the reception staff was generally unwelcoming, with very few exceptions. After midnight, a loud siren went off and lasted for nearly half an hour. The reception desk was completely unattended during this time, and when a staff member finally appeared, she rudely told me to 'go to sleep'. This level of service is highly unprofessional.
