Chose it for its location. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Spacious rooms.

Noisy outside till 04.30 am on first night. Second night 2am, third night same. Shower not sufficient pressure. Bathroom needs updating. Kitchen had no basics ie, salt, pepper, etc. Waiter ( breakfast service) unpleasant and untidy looking. Watered down orange juice at breakfast. Not replenished quickly enough. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel. A drink on the nearly empty terrace ( probably the best feature of this hotel) turned into a 15’ wait for service.

Bed was really hard and didn’t get made once in the 4 days despite us being charged a tip when we signed in

The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel's online security system is unacceptable. I have been targeted by scammers multiple times posing as the hotel and demanding payment. They addressed me by my full name and possessed all my personal details, which is highly concerning. Furthermore, the reception staff was generally unwelcoming, with very few exceptions. After midnight, a loud siren went off and lasted for nearly half an hour. The reception desk was completely unattended during this time, and when a staff member finally appeared, she rudely told me to 'go to sleep'. This level of service is highly unprofessional.
