Cinematic Apartment with Pool Table & Cinema room in the heart of Prague

Great location, very close to city centrum, just a short wal away. Spacious and fun rooms. Also tiny balcony included. Equipped everything we needed to prepare a breakfast for 4 adults and 4 kids. Pool table nice touch.

All good, only couple of observations. Firstly, air conditioners are portable so you need to keep windows open all night to let warm air out through the tube. Secondly, parking solutions a bit tricky. Either on the street paying approximately 50 euros for 2 days and possibly not finding a place close to the apartment. Or using parking house for about 40 euros for 2 days and considering a 10 minute walk to apartment. For us it was acceptable and we managed. Could be imconvienient with small kids, elderly etc

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen, die Gastgeber haben sich auch nach der Ankunft, per Mail gemeldet ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Bad mit Badewanne und die Toilette sind in zwei getrennten Räumen was für uns als Gruppe sehr vorteilhaft war, der einzige Nachteil war nur, dass das Bad mit der Toilette, wirklich sehr klein war, ansonsten waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden, es wurde auch Kaffee (Vollautomat mit Bohnen gefüllt) und verschiedene Tee Sorten bereit gestellt. Der Wenzelsplatz ist nicht weit und auch die Altstadt ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Die Lage ist sehr Altstadt nah. Die Wohnung ist mit 6 Bett Schlafplätzen ausgestattet sowie einer Schlaf- Couch. Bettzeug mussten wir selbst suchen. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Gesamtzustand und sauber. Ein early Check In war auf Anfrage kostenfrei möglich.

Es gibt nur eine Toilette die auch noch sehr klein ist. Sollte man mit mehreren Personen dort sein ist das sicher ein wichtiger Punkt. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist muss man jedoch mit ca. 40€ pro Tag Parkkosten rechnen in einem der Parkhäuser in der Nähe. (z.B. Mr. Parkit). Wir haben für 2 Nächte 1300€ bezahlt, das ist schon sehr viel.

The blind on the bathroom window doesn’t go down all the way, so you are flashing the neighbours, the “shower curtain” is a normal curtain that doesn’t reach into the bath, so the water splashes out anyway and the shower head holder it just a hook on the wall that is useless for showering. I also couldn’t see that it was the 3rd floor with no elevator.
