Nice clean room and bathroom, which has a walk in shower . Keyless entry where you get given a code to your room and entrance . Location is on a little side street so not too much noise,and a 10 minute walk to wencelas sq. Room cleaning is once a week but you can book extra cleaning via the app. Towels always available as you can go downstairs to the laundry room and get fresh ones Good value and caters to nearly all my needs so would stay again.

The location is very good, the place was clean. It's easy to get in with a code. The room was spacious.
The basement room I was given was quite dark. The TV didn't work and contacting support was very complicated and they haven't even sent anybody to fix it before my stay ended. When you save money by not having any employees at the hotel, make sure your support is quick and useful. They offered a discount for a next stay as a compensation. There are only a few lockers to store your luggage after check-out.
