Located in a village in rural Norfolk on the outskirts of Norwich, Church Farm Guest House is a medium sized complex of high quality, modern, well appointed accommodation, with super - helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were of a generous size with wet room and an extremely comfy bed, that I had the best of for over 10 hours! Free and safe parking on site, close to local amenities and a great breakfast to top it all off. Great place to stay.

Looked very attractive on arrival with plenty of parking, good access road past well manicured lawn. Large spotless room, comfy bed. Choices good at breakfast, which was very good.

Excellent communication between text messages & and lovely welcoming. Location was good for me as I was visiting my son in the next village. I asked for a takeaway sandwich for my breakfast as I wanted to make the long journey back home.

Maybe the sound proofing between my room and the next room? But it did not detract from my stay at all.
