Wonderful weekend at Christmas in Metz!

Spacious, well equipped and decorated, great location right on Place Saint Louis. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from and all main sites within easy walking distance. Laurent was very responsive to our questions. 10 out of 10 stay!

Nothing, it was excellent. Yes there is a spiral staircase but was not an issue if you pack light.

Lovely loft- came with robes which is a nice touch and overlooked the Christmas markets!

Nothing - yes there is steep steps but I managed with luggage my mum struggled with luggage but was fine without

Very clean and had everything we needed. Also great location.

The only comment is that the ‘waffle’ material for the duvet cover and pillow cases was rather uncomfortable. Plain smooth cotton would have been better.

Charming loft

Great location and architecture of the building. Be prepared for a 3 flight circular staircase if you have bags! Worth the climb as the apartment is charming and well equipped. Thanks Laurent for your hospitality.

We weren't sure about the efficiency of the small air con unit (probably our fault) but we bought our own fans as it was super hot but lots of windows.

Position in downtown, it is big apartment, clean

It is in downtown, so there is noise from street. we had animal hairs in bed (but stuff bring us new bed sheets in 11 p.m.). Some equipment needs reparation

Extremely clean. High quality and stylish interior. Fantastic location in the city center. Very comfortable bed. Laurent is a friendly, helpful host. Everything was well organized.

Very steep, narrow stairs. (Not well suited for people with walking problems). Sleep with open window without earplugs is a little difficult due to lively environment. Unfortunately, no air conditioning installed and the fan available is very noisy. Nevertheless, we slept well with earplugs because of the great bed.

Lovely apartment & great location!

Great location & the host was helpful & quick to respond to questions. The apartment was comfortable & had everything we needed for our stay. The stairs weren’t too much of an issue, but we did try to avoid too many trips up in a day. The noise also wasn’t too much of an issue since we travel with earplugs & noise canceling headphones, though the host did leave some earplugs next to the bed for those unprepared.

It’s a minor issue but I found the pillowcases to be very stiff & scratchy. I’m used to soft sheets & pillowcases but I realize it’s hard to please everyone.

The bed was loud and creaky. But that was the only issue in general. Great place. For older people, the staircase may pose a challenge - it is very steep and narrow.

Den Türschlüssel befand sich in einem roten (! wichtig) Schlüsseltressor, der jedoch an eine Kellertür befestig war. Ohne den Hinweis, dass er rot ist, würde man den nie finden. Alles Andere war super.

Apparemment parfais , propre bien décoré , et emplacement parfait, il y a un parking près de l appartement et celui ci est au cœur des rues piétonnes, il donne sur la place st louis mais reste un endroit calme . Petite pépite à découvrir .

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Super Lage, wunderbare Wohnung, geschmackvoll, gemütlich, luxuriös und direkt in der Innenstadt im schönsten Teil der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch ideal, wir haben einen Parkplatz gefunden und konnten dann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Perfekte Lage in Metz

Schlüsselübergabe war nicht optimal. Es lag nicht am Vermieter sondern am Vermittler des Apartments. Ansonsten eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, gut ausgestattet, in optimaler Lage. Der Eigentümer des Apartments tritt nicht persönlich in Erscheinung, er kommuniziert online, ist aber sehr interessiert daran, das der Gast zufrieden ist.

keine Anmerkungen, vielleicht sollte in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden, dass eine recht steile Treppe in den 3. Stock führt (für ältere oder eingeschränkte Personen könnte es problematisch sein!)

Appartamento accogliente, elegante e confortevole, situazione in posizione centrale, ma non disturbato dai rumori della piazza.

Non c’è un vero e proprio tavolo da pranzo per cui, se si mangia in casa, si usa il tavolino basso del salotto.

Nous ne l'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, ni déjeuner sur place. Mais cafetière Nespresso avec dosettes suffisantes pour le séjour. Très bien. Appartement confortable, Trés bien équipé et agencé.

A souligner, l'appartement est au 3°étage par escalier étroit. 60 marches à monter. Pas facile avec valises, mais on y arrive. Chaque jour, monter et descendre, ça rappelle les immeubles parisiens.

Lokatie van de accommodatie is erg fijn. midden in het stadje, heel erg dicht bij aantal ruime parkeergelegenheden.

Niet zo veel. Het was wat we verwachten. Goed om extra te benadrukken dat het op de 3e verdieping ligt.

Er is sprake van geluid agv naastgelegen plein maar dat hoort er in een stad bij. Wel was t benauwd ondanks de airco maar dat had met hete temperatuur buiten te maken.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt und mitten im Leben

Die Lage des Zimmers war hervorragend, direkt neben der Kathedrale und praktisch in der Fußgängerzone. Parken war im fußläufigen Parkhaus unproblematisch. Sehr innovative Badezimmerlösung. Sehr schön und modern. Wir hatten direkten Blick auf einen kleinen Platz, auf welchem an beiden Abenden Musik gespielt wurde und getanzt werden konnte.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und man hat jeden Schritt des darüber hin- und hergehenden Bewohners gehört.

Sehr zentrale Lage, mit öffentlichem, gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz in 150 Metern Entfernung, Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und so komplett, dass auch ein längerer Aufenthalt möglich wäre.

An heißen Tagen heizt sich das Appartement sehr stark auf und der vorsorglich aufgestellte Lüfter reicht nicht aus. Eine Klimatisierung wäre sehr sinnvoll! Durch die zentrale Lage kann es nachts und bei geöffneten Fenstern zu Lärmbelästigung durch die Straßencafés kommen.

Die zentrale Lage - tagsüber… man wohnt sehr zentral, alles fussläufig, man benötigt kein Auto:-)
