Superb

The area is very quiet at night so, we had a good night sleep. Free car parking, despite of being not on the property but close enough, warm shower, free wifi, close to town.

The apartment was on a good location and easy access by car to Metz town centre, the only problem we encounter as we were 4 adults and 2 children, there was only one toilet and shower in the apartment, so we had to have a schedule to use it =). But that was our fault, we did not notice till we got to the apartment that it had only one toilet facility, but the good thing was the bathroom is separated from toilet. Also the flat is on the last second floor, we had lots of heavy luggages to carry up, however we had to do only once when we arrived and when we left. =)

Nice apartment, tidy, enough space, everything needed in the kitchen

There is some "noise alarm" in the apartment, so you are not allowed to make some noise after 22.00. We didn't know what level of noise was meant, for example, can I watch TV or not. It was a little bit uncomfortable. By leaving the apartment you must take off the bedsheets and take away the waist. I think, for this price the host should do it himself.

Bien mais très sale.

Nous avons apprécié l espace ( mais on l avait sélectionné pour cela donc conforme à la description), la Literie, plusieurs équipements ( lave vaisselle, cuisine équipée) la vue le matin avec le lever de soleil.

La saleté dans l appartement ( sol pas dutout fait, des cheveux partout c etait dégoûtant) les sanitaires pas propres ( c est la première fois que j ai eu des hauts le coeur en prenant ma douche dans un BnB car la douche n avait pas été nettoyée, ils ont juste rincé) par ailleurs appartement bien décoré mais assez vétuste en réalité , les joints de la douche sont noirs , les murs sont défraîchis avec pleins de traces. Des moutons énormes sous les lits ( j etais dans un hôtel très ancien du centre ville juste avant et sous le lit c était nickel, les douches étaient impeccables). Pas de lit parapluie. Et la communication pas terrible : comme par hasard pas de réponse à ma Question sur le lit bébé avant que je valide le paiement non remboursable, la seule réponse à mes questions sur la saleté a ete sur les modalités de départ. Par ailleurs arrivée à 16h et départ à 10h alors que le ménage n est pas super et faut vider les poubelles et retirer le linge de lit. Le soit disant capteur de C02 et la caution à mon sens injustifiée ne mettent pas dans de bonnes dispositions surtout quand on voit la vétusté de l appartement. Globalement je ne recommande pas à cause de la propreté, faut vraiment refaire les joints de la baignoire et bien nettoyer le sol.

L espace, le silence, le TOUT confort, la clarté, la proximite du parking. Le livret tres détaillé d accueil, les indications fournies tres précises. A 15 mn en voiture de Metz ou proximité ligne de bus. Les chemins de randonnées alentours

Suggestions : un peu plus de vaisselle pour faire tourner au moins une vraie machine à laver la vaisselle en 3 jours. Un rouleau de sopalin ? Savoir où trouver la clef pour visiter l église du 12eme S ?

Le logement est très propre , bien éclairé et très bien équipé.. Rien ne manque et le i livret d accueil est très complet il y a un parking à proximité .Merci à Philippe qui est à notre écoute. Nous recommandons.et reviendrons car nos enfants logent pas loin .

Ein wunderschönes Apartment

Eine schöne Wohnung am Rande von Metz. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und die Kommunikation geschieht sehr schnell. Es gibt sehr tolle Fußweg ins Herz von Metz (eine Empfehlung der Vermieter!). Der öffentliche Verkehr mit den sehr freundlichen Busfahrern ist spitze.
