Uninhabitable, no apologies, and minimal refund

Location was Ok, near bus line, and grocery, not too far from downtown area

We had a bad experience here. On our second day, the plumbing under the shower/tub failed and leaked into the unit below. The occupant below came up and banged on the door and insisted on coming in, and then both he and the property customer support (on the phone) insisted that we shut the water off to the whole apartment, so we had no running water, only one toilet flush to work with, and we had to vacate in the morning and get a hotel for the remaining 4 nights of our 6 night stay. It was a very uncomfortable experience for my wife and our kids. We requested a full refund and property management indicated that would be possible, but we only received a 1-night refund (out of 6) from booking.com. We are still pursuing a proper refund through our credit card company. The plumbing issue wasn't our fault, and once we were instructed to shut the water main off, the unit was no longer habitable. Between booking.com and the property, we should have been made whole. It was very disappointing as we have booked many places on booking.com and generally don't complain about most issues. Beware of individual apartments like this on booking.com as your recourse if something goes wrong is very limited. Plumbing issues aside, assuming they are fixed, it was still one of the most uncomfortable bathrooms we've ever encountered. You have to crouch to shower, and you have to be on your hands and knees to use the washing machine. Kitchen sink barely drained.

Was a great apartment on the 3rd floor! Was in walking distance of old town Metz, France and had parking close by. It did not matter to our party but the building does not have an elevator. Was a great space for our group to spread out in after a busy day!

Good location but poor kitchen and mediocre support

Location good, beds comfy

Kitchen not well equipped and plates all dirty (why is there a cleaning fee if that is not checked?). There is no real oven, it’s a hybrid device incl a microwave too small to fit a normal oven tray. Main drawback also was that we had an issue with the toilet flush and we were simply ignored when reporting it.

Schönes Design und gute Lage

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen, und sehr klapprig. Die Stühle wackeln die Sofa.Lehne bricht bald ab und das Bad ist für große Menschen nicht zu benutzen.

Altstadtwohnung zentral und doch ruhig zu

Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist sehr ruhig, man ist schnell in der Stadt. Es gibt in einem Zimmer mit 4 Betten, im anderen Zimmer 1 doppelbett, was bei uns mit 3 Kindern ideal war. Das Bad ist eng, weil unter der dachschräge, was wir aber vorher wussten, daher kein Problem. Die Kommunikation sehr einfach und angenehm.

Die Wohnung ist mittlerweile sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Stühle sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden, auch die Teppiche lösen sich langsam auf. Wenn man plant zu kochen, unbedingt ein vernünftiges Messer mitbringen 😜

La taille, la déco, les lits, les fenêtres et ventilateurs. La télé, le canapé.

La salle de bain est un peu acrobatique à utiliser (plafond bas sous toit).

Bel appartement bien situé, bon séjour malgré un problème de toilettes

Très bel appartement, bien situé dans une rue hyper calme, avec du parking facile dans les rues avoisinantes, bien que payant. Belle pièce de vie très lumineuse, deux belle chambres et bonne literie.

Malheureusement, la chasse des toilettes a été inutilisable pendant tout le weekend et nous étions 4 à utiliser les toilettes, donc ce fut très incommodant. Nous avons donc dû utiliser un seau pour vider les toilettes. Malgré nos messages au gestionnaire de l'appartement, rien n'a été fait durant notre séjour. Il nous a répondu envoyer un technicien pour réparer mais nous n'avons vu personne. Impression de se cacher la tête dans le sable pour ne pas devoir résoudre ce problème durant un weekend...Dommage car sinon tout était très bien.

La salle de bain est très inconfortable, inadaptée aux personnes de plus d’un mètre cinquante. Le ménage fait était au minimum, poubelle de sdb non vidée, toiles d’araignées et équipement de ventilation cassé…

TB séjour

Emplacement, décoration.

Un petit manque d'équipement pour la cuisine : pas de saladier, pas de cafetière qui fonctionne (elle fuyait, nous sommes allés acheter une cafetière par ex )...Pas de chance : le lave vaisselle est tombé en panne au cours de notre séjour et le délai a été long pour le changer (date postérieure à notre séjour).

Un marché de Noël a Metz

L'appartement est super bien placée, effectivement comme sur l'annonce il y a un parking payant juste à côté pour se garer mais a partir de 19h le samedi et le dimanche le parking devient gratuit . L'appartement est génial nous étions deux couples dont un avec un enfant de 2 ans et nous nous marchions pas dessus . Il est tout équipé et bien chauffé.

Le coin douche est vraiment fait pour des petites personnes c'est le seul point un peu négatif. Mais il est mentionné dans la description.

Gute Lage. Ruhig ab 22 Uhr.

Chaotische Kommunikation, falscher Code. Badezimmer ist nur für Menschen kleiner 150cm. Keine Dusche, nur Baden im Sitzen möglich. Teils abgenutzte Ausstattung. Kein Spass bei maximaler Belegung, da nur ein Badezimmer und wenig Platz.
