Great apartment. Would stay there again 😊
Very spacious apartment in the center of town. The place has everything you need, beds are comfy. Everything is there what you need.
Couch is uncomfortable and could be maybe replaced for a normal couch with a proper back.

Nice and well equipped. Attentive owner. Not posh but everything is newish and works.
Very neat. New stuff throughout. Well equipped. All IKEA type stuff in good condition and working. Just don’t expect posh. Parking was easy in and out. We got immediate responses on questions via the app.
Didn’t really like the couch. I think it was a fold down to add more sleeping for kids. That made it less than ideal for sitting. The chair was comfy. The parking instructions were difficult to understand as they cut off when viewed on a phone. I would have preferred a personal check in. Some what difficult chairs for bags we were on the second floor (American 3rd) and I think there were more units upstairs so some people might find it difficult.

A good location which could be great with a bit of effort!
The flat in itself is great, very spacious, has been recently renovated, you have a fully functional kitchen, and a separate small room to sleep. You are at walking distance from the train station and the old city center and all the restaurants. Yet it is situated on a calm street, so you get a good sleep.
The method of retrieving the codes is very laborious, with links that don't work, codes that don't work, I had to send a few messages to be able to finally have all the information. This HAS to change! And I don't know how legal it is to ask for a scan of your ID, on a non secured site with no warranties of deleting them after the stay. The flat as great as it is, its not exploited at its best. The couch in the living room is broken, there is no storage in the room and the mattress of the bed is just OK, but there is room for improvement!

Lovely, well appointed apartment in a good location. The air conditioning was really nice as it was hot. Good bathroom and lots of kitchen appliances.
A bit of difficulty getting in to the apartment as I hadn't been sent the code. This was due a a misunderstanding. The check in procedure could be clearer.

A nice and cosy appartment close to the central.
Very close to central, cosy, quiet, well equipped, very good for a short visit. Really great that there is a garage available and parking in front of the property wasnt a problem during unpacking.
There were spiders and a lot of insects in the spiderwebs in the upper corners of the bedroom and the living room. The garage door is tricky to be opened from the inside, I had to wait for someone to come by and help me to get out. My suggestion would be to include the instructions on the garage sheets which show how to get there.

A very nice apartment, with everything we needed, clean, good location, free parking nearby. Recommended!
It was nice to find some supplies (nespresso cups, detergent, soap) provided. Plenty of tableware, kitchenware and pans.
Comfortable bed.
We didn't use the heating since we had quite warm weather end of October.
Not a big deal, for some of the appliances the user manual would have been helpful. We managed in the end :)

Location, clean linens, washer and dryer, handy parking space. Modern with Apple TV , AC and wifi. Bruno was available via message and was helpful
Not clean. Kitchen and bathroom were not clean, couch was ripped(covered with a blanket), exposed wires in the kitchen, unfinished or not repaired areas, dirty under the couch (has not been moved to clean under). Pictures make you think it is really spacious but it’s just a normal size apartment.

Get a large suite-like and very well equipped flat. Very nice apartment. Very calm. A few minutes walk from downtown.
Easy access, with a free protected parking slot.
Very accessible hosts by phone if needed to organise any details.
A place we would easily come back in a next visit to Metz or it’s surroundings.

Modern Apartment close to downtown.
The apartment was located close to shopping, restaurants, and the town center. The apartment was large, clean, and recently updated. The free parking in a garage a block away from the apartment was a huge plus. I highly recommend for any stay in Metz.
The building's vestibule was dated and needed to be refreshed, but the apartment was excellent.

Metz ist eine Reise wert.
Sehr zentrale Lage - vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute Matratze. Wohnung sehr sauber, Bad und Küche gut nutzbar.
Check-in: 1) auf Webseite zur Wohnung sollte ein Bild vom Pass hochgeladen werden. Das ging nicht. 2) die Kommunikation darüber mit dem Vermieter war sehr nervenaufreibend, es dauerte 3 Mails und 2 Anrufe bis die Situation dann sehr knapp vor der Anreise per SMS geklärt werden konnte.
Die Bilder entsprachen nicht der tatsächlichen Einrichtung: andere Stühle (stattdessen Hocker, recht unbequem) und anderes Sofa (aber bequem) als auf den Bildern.

Fehler bei der Wohnungszuordnung zu meiner Buchung. Ansonsten Alles gut.
Die Gastgeber, waren gut erreichbar und wir konnten die Fragen klären bzw. die lückenhaften Vorinformationen über den Eintritt zur Garage erhalten.
Es war bei Booking.com die Maisonette Wohnung abgebildet, die preislich auch teurer war, als die zweite Wohnung, die wir im selben Haus gemietet hatten. Bei der Ankunft hatte ich einen PIN für den Eintritt zugeschickt bekommen. In der Maisonette Wohnung waren jedoch offensichtlich andere Gäste. Bei Nachfrage, habe ich zwar direkt eine Antwort erhalten und kurz darauf hatte ich einen weiteren PIN, der für eine weitere Wohnung, die ähnlich geschnitten war wie die untere erhalten. Allerdings passt dies nicht mit den Bildern meiner Buchung überein.
Ansonsten, waren die Wohnungen in Ordnung und auch gut.

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut.
Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut . Kurzer Weg zum Zentrum .
Im Vorfeld hatte ich nachgefragt ob wir früher einchecken können . Leider habe ich keine Antwort auf meine Mail bekommen . Das Öffnen der Tiefgarage war auch etwas schwierig, da wir nicht wussten wo die Fernbedienung an dem Tor funktioniert.
Das Einchecken war sehr unpersönlich .Mit einem Code konnten wir die Wohnungstür öffnen . Die Matratze war etwas weich und es gab für jeden nur ein Duschhandtuch . Ein kleines Handtuch fehlte .

Une très bonne adresse
Appartement très agréable, bien situé, confortable, calme et bien équipé. Il dispose d’une vraie chambre indépendante et d’une place dans un garage couvert. La porte du logement est sécurisée par un code qui permet l'accès de façon autonome (trop souvent les meublés ne proposent qu’un jeu de clés ce qui peut être pénible si on n’a pas envie de tout faire ensemble tout le temps !). En résumé, une très bonne adresse.
En cas de questions sur le fonctionnement du logement, les temps de réponse par whatsapp ne sont pas toujours très rapides. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir joindre la personne directement par téléphone.

De inrichting was niet volgens de foto's. Het eerste gesprek met de verhuurder verliep niet naar wens. Geen uitleg bijv. wat de TV betreft, daardoor geen TV kunnen kijken.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung mitten in Metz
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Metz und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sie ist gut ausgestattet.
Bei der Ankunft hat der Türcode nicht funktioniert und die Vermietenden waren telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Sie haben aber trotzdem sehr schnell reagiert - per SMS kam nach wenigen Minuten die Nachricht, der Code funktioniere jetzt.

tous les points positifs sont balayées car l'essentiel n'y est pas ! surtout quand on vient pour se détendre.
Eh oui ! La literie ! parfaitement abominable ! d'une qualité très inférieure avec un horrible effet trampoline, l'impression de dormir sur un matelas à eau dans lequel on aurait rajouté des ressorts et enlevé un peu d'eau ! j'ai du dormir sur un petit canapé du salon pour espérer fermer l'œil avec pour toute couverture mon petit polaire ! et le lampadaire de la rue m'éclairant toute la nuit(car bien sûr pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants) et pour que ce soit bien clair, la photo est mensongère puisqu'il ne s'agit pas du tout du canapé moderne en L présenté sur les photos, mais en réalité d'un tout petit truc orange de style méridienne antique !
j'aurais été moins en colère si Bruno avait au moins accédé à ma demande d'une couverture supplémentaire, mais il a éludé mes demandes et devant mon insistance a fini par m'annoncer qu'il n'a pas de couvertures en réserve !
Nous étions parti en WE prolongé en amoureux pour nous reposer et découvrir cette region que je ne connaissais pas et ça a été un ratage complet !!

de toute façon dès le départ le code de la porte ne marchait pas et je rajoute que le fameux Bruno n'est de toute façon pas très réactif, on ne le voit pas, les seuls contacts sont sur whatsapp et il ne répond pas aux questions qu'on lui pose ! j'avais par exemple simplement demandé avant mon arrivée si il y a des condiments (sel poivre huile), il ne m'a jamais répondu, dommage puisqu'il y en avait ! et du coup j'en ai ramené pour rien...
heureusement il m'a au moins répondu lorsque la porte ne fonctionnait pas ! Le minimum du minimum quoi !
Dommage, ça gâche ! Un peu de communication et de considération auraient sûrement évités mon commentaire virulent !
Surtout n'y allez pas !

L'emplacement à proximité du centre historique et des commerces. Rue très calme. Le parking inclus dans le prix de la location. La propreté des lieux. La literie confortable.
L'obligation d'avoir à scanner sa carte d'identité pour avoir accès aux modalités d'accès à la location. Mauvais digicode pour débloquer la porte d'entrée. Uniquement des contacts par WhatsApp pour joindre la conciergerie. Canapé à changer car il est défoncé. Absence de grille pain. Aucune instruction pour avoir accès à la TV. Mauvais réseau wifi-fi.

Möglicherweise bin ich zu alt oder zu konservativ. Es gibt keine Personen, mit denen man es zu tun hat. Man bucht virtuell, zahlt virtuell kommuniziert virtuell, öffnet virtuell und schließt virtuell. Die Kommunikation beschränkt sich weitesgehend auf die zur Verfügung Stellung eines Internet Links. Am Tag vor der Anreise bekommt man innerhalb des Links die Angabe zum Code, der das Apartment öffnet. Der ist dann falsch. Die eigentliche Kommunikation läuft dann über SMS in Dreiwortsätzen.
