Fijn, maar we voelde ons ook bedrogen

Lokatie, mooie plek in de oude stad

De prijs leek aanvankelijk laag, maar het bedrag bleek bij afrekening veel hoger, we werden opeens geconfronteerd met € 100 schoonmaakkosten. Ik maak veel gebruik van Booking.com en dit heb ik nooit eerder meegemaakt. Bovendien parkeerplek is gratis, maar je wordt geconfronteerd met €30 vervoer naar je verblijf. Met bagage in het onmogelijke om deze afstand te voet af te leggen

Ok pentru cateva nopti in Rovinj pentru cei cu conditie fizica buna

Locatia este situata in centrul Rovinj, un orasel superb, animat, multe terase si restaurante, stradute inguste, pavate cu piatra cubica. Privelistea din camera a fost una superba (sea view), camera dorata cu stricutul necesar pentru a petrece cateva zile in frumosul Rovinj. Camera noastra avand view la mare a fost situata la etaj, deci am avut de urcat doua etaje. Antonio, proprietarul a fost foarte amabil, cu o si inainte de sosire ne-a dat pe WhatsApp toate indicatiile necesare cu privire la locatie, self check-in si parcare.

Nu pot spune ca a existat ceva anume care sa nu ne placa, insa este bine de stiut ca trebuie sa ai conditie fizica pentru aceasta locatie :) fiind situata intr-o zona pietonala (fara acces auto). Parcarea este cam la 20 min de mers pe jos, noi am inchiriat taxi care ne-a ajutat cu bagajele (15 euro la sosire/ 15 euro la plecare). La plaje am mers cu masina, deoarece noi am cautat ceva mai spectaculos, insa exista si o plaja stancoasa aproape de locatie. Cu Wifi-ul am avut probleme, mergea destul de greu, de multe ori am folosit datele mobile. In ceea ce priveste curatenia, a fost ok, cearceaful de pe pat a fost cu o pata si unul din prosoape nu foarte curat.

The property is very well kept and at a great location within the old part of the town. Parking, and transportation to the apartment is very well organized, as is cleaning and check-in + check-out. The whole experience was very pleasant, and we can't recommend it enough.

tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum mit super Ausblick

Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage inmitten der Altstadt. Vor dem Apartment ist eine nette Bar, die auch Frühstück anbietet. Der öffentliche Strand ist auch nur 3min entfernt und man ist etwas abseits vom Trubel, jedoch in mur wenigen Schritten wieder mittendrin. Vom Loft aus, hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser. Die Betten sind bequem, der Fernseher hat einige deutschsprachige Sender und im kleinen Kühlschrank haben ein paar Getränke platz. Der Wäscheständer war sehr praktisch für die Badesachen. 1 Tag vor Ankunft bekamen wir alle wichtigen Informationen. Das Parken beim Kloster ist super einfach und Sonja holt dich auf Wunsch (€15) mit ihrem Golfcar ab und bringt dich bis zur Unterkunft. Das kann ich nur empfehlen, da die Altstadt in Rovinj recht uneben und hügelig ist und mit Gepäck recht mühsam sein kann.

The apartment smelled very bad non-stop! we were horrified by the air conditioner, which emanated such a stench that we didn't turn it on afterwards. We all know it's carcinogenic stuff. If they opened the window, the stench of barbecues would come in from the chimney of a nearby restaurant. The whole apartment smelled of moisture! This was not the problem of the cleaners, but the problem of the owner, who obviously does not maintain his apartments in the right way.

Klein aber fein im Herzen von Rovinj - wir kommen wieder 🌞

Die Lage ist großartig - mitten in von Trevisol. Restaurants, Cafes, Greisler gleich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist klein aber fein, das Badezimmer dafür geräumig. Alles sehr nett und liebvoll eingerichtet. Für einen Badeurlaub vollkommen ausreichend. Die Parkplätze sind außerhalb des Ortes, ca. 2,5 km vom Appartment entfernt. Aber mit dem Transfer kein Problem. Transfer hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Information vorab, sowohl vom Apartmentbetreiber als auch vom Parkplatzbetreiber, waren sehr genau und hilfreich.

Der Kühlschrank springt nachts hörbar an, was empfindliche Schläfer stören könnte.

Kontakt mit dem Vermieter - mehrere Rufnummern mitgeteilt bekommen, kein persönlicher Kontakt. Check-Out mit Transfer zum Parkplatz, wurde einen Tag vorher vereinbart, hat aber nicht stattgefunden - keine Erreichbarkeit, wir mussten bereits aufschrecken und uns kurzfristig anderweitig organisieren WC Spülung zeitweise ohne Funktion Küchenausstattung sehr mager, Schränke klebrig Durchgängig feucht muffiger Geruch im Apartment

Perfect days, in a city full of love

Perfect location to visit everything in Rovinj within a short distance. Excellent restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. A clear recommendation goes out here for the Bar Trevisol, the restaurant Matori and the wine bar Vino Vigneto. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Also highly recommended is the shuttle to the parking lot by Sonja, thanks to her you immediately feel welcome.

Not liked is an exaggeration, but a washing machine would have been perfect, but there is a laundromat not far away. Possibly having a vacuum cleaner or broom available for a 7 night stay would also be great.

A localização é excepcional. Não tive contato presencial com o anfitrião mas ele foi super rápido em responder todas as minhas solicitações pelo WhatsApp.

Não houve limpeza do quarto durante a estadia e não oferecia um lugar para guardar a mala até a partida. Considerando que o check out é as 10 am isso fez falta porque nossas passagens eram para as 2pm

A szállás kényelmes volt, jó teraszokkal szép kilátással az egyikről.

Kevés volt az evőeszköz, ha már vannak edények akkor alapvető fűszereket pl só,bors,olaj is tartanék. A fürdőszoba nem szellőztethető a magas tetőablak miatt. Egy seprűt és lapátot hiányoltunk.

Apartment im Herzen von Rovinj

Lage, grosses Zimmer und Badzimmer.

Sehr enge Treppe, Zimmer im 2. Stock. Etwas gefährlich mit schwerem Gepäck oder für ältere Personen. Keine Kosmetikprodukte im Badzimmer. Bett sehr hart und durchgelegen, sollte ersetzt werden. Parkplatz 1.4Km entfernt. Für Transport hin und zurück habe ich mit 4 verschiedenen Personen kommuniziert. Transport hat gut geklappt aber etwas kompliziert, mit Taxi und dann umsteigen auf Golfwagen. Keine Möglichkeit das Gepäck nach dem Check-out irgend wo zu deponieren. Auch keine Hilfe diesbezüglich vom Gastgeber.

Świetna lokalizacja w przepięknym mieście.

Lokalizacja jest absolutnie najlepsza! Jesteś w samym centrum przepięknego starego miasta Rovinj. Możesz wyjść z mieszkania i za 3 minuty siedzisz na skałach nad morzem obserwując piękny zachód słońca. Wspaniały klimat, świetne restauracje wszędzie dookoła, wąskie i kręte uliczki, schody do morza, sklepy ze sztuką, itp. Bardzo polecamy i postaramy się tam szybko wrócić. Wejście do obiektu i kontakt z gospodarzem świetny!

Łazienka jest zaraz przy sypialni i ma przesuwane drzwi. Dlatego nie daje zbyt dużo prywatności.

Das Waschbecken ;) - einfach alles. Um die Unterkunft einfacher zu finden, die Eingangstür ist genau gegenüber vom Local (Café) Buffet Trevisol. Es ist in Google Maps nämlich nicht ganz genau eingezeichnet.

Sehr steile Treppen wir waren Zimmer 4 und das Zimmer befand sich im zweiten Stock. Für Menschen, die beim Stiegengehen Probleme haben ist die Unterkunft nicht von Vorteil. Zimmer erst ab 1 Stock (heißt dort sind auch schon steile stiegen

Perfekte Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge

Mitten in der Altstadt, jedoch trotzdem ruhige Lage. Bars, Restaurants, Bäckerei und kleiner Einkaufsladen direkt vor der Tür oder um die Ecke. Für unser Auto wurde uns von der Unterkunft kostenlos ein Parkplatz gestellt, der zu Fuß und Gepäck 12min entfernt war.

Vybavenie izby je moderne a vkusne, avsak podla mojho osobneho nazoru vie byt niekedy menej- viac. Kresla so stolikom, pekne, moderne a pohodlne, avsak zbytocne velke a je problem sa nasledne v apartmaniku hybat. Kuchynka priam nepouzitelne mala, vtesnana do dveri, umyt salku alebo tanier je priam umenie. Chladnicka uzavreta pod linkou bud nestihala chladit,alebo jednoducho nefungovala spravne. Viac menej dokazala spomalit oteplenie studneej mineralky z obchodu, urcite nie ju vychladit. V kupelni, opat pekne vkusne materialy, avsak sa pravdepodobne majstri pomylili, umuvadlo je namontovane s bateriou tak ze nieje mozne si umyt ruky bez toho aby bola vsade okolo voda.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht von der Dachterrasse Kleiner Laden und Pizzeria gleich um die Ecke. Wunderschönes Ambiente von Rovinj.

Schwierig zu finden. Der Parkplatz ist sehr weit weg von der Wohnung. Mit dem Gepäck schwierig. Es ist zu empfehlen den Golfcart Taxi zu bestellen. Es wäre schön wenn wenigstens TrinkWasser im Apartment wäre.

Nicely furnished studio, small still for few days of stay was just fine. Centrally located.

Noise - it is very strange that no one has written about noise in this area: even though restaurant in front was closed at 00am, the guests were loud and people were passing below the window speaking so loud until late morning. Especially around 3-4am every night the garbage in front of the restaurant and building would be taken out by service that used some kind of loud truck to pick it up. Even though if we would have asked the owner to change the room the noise would have been more or less the same as 2sides of the building face directly garbage cans and bar / restaurant.
