Apartment had nice balcony and separate bedroom.

Finding the parking and the apartment, which were in widely separated locations (1 km), was difficult. You should plan to pay an extra 30 euros for transportation to the apartment from the parking and back.

The property is very well kept and at a great location within the old part of the town. Parking, and transportation to the apartment is very well organized, as is cleaning and check-in + check-out. The whole experience was very pleasant, and we can't recommend it enough.

The apartment smelled very bad non-stop! we were horrified by the air conditioner, which emanated such a stench that we didn't turn it on afterwards. We all know it's carcinogenic stuff. If they opened the window, the stench of barbecues would come in from the chimney of a nearby restaurant. The whole apartment smelled of moisture! This was not the problem of the cleaners, but the problem of the owner, who obviously does not maintain his apartments in the right way.

The location was perfect. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. The access to the old town and the property was well organized. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a few days in Rovinj.

Perfect days, in a city full of love

Perfect location to visit everything in Rovinj within a short distance. Excellent restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. A clear recommendation goes out here for the Bar Trevisol, the restaurant Matori and the wine bar Vino Vigneto. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Also highly recommended is the shuttle to the parking lot by Sonja, thanks to her you immediately feel welcome.

Not liked is an exaggeration, but a washing machine would have been perfect, but there is a laundromat not far away. Possibly having a vacuum cleaner or broom available for a 7 night stay would also be great.

Rovinj quickly became our favourite Croatian town. Great restaurants and views on every street.

Centrally located in Old Town and apartment was extremely clean and all basic necessities were available. Parking was wonderful and great taxi service by Sunny’s Taxi and Sonya.

Nicely furnished studio, small still for few days of stay was just fine. Centrally located.

Noise - it is very strange that no one has written about noise in this area: even though restaurant in front was closed at 00am, the guests were loud and people were passing below the window speaking so loud until late morning. Especially around 3-4am every night the garbage in front of the restaurant and building would be taken out by service that used some kind of loud truck to pick it up. Even though if we would have asked the owner to change the room the noise would have been more or less the same as 2sides of the building face directly garbage cans and bar / restaurant.

Good value for money in the inner center of the city

The location is perfect - while in the middle of old town and just couple of blocks from main square and the sea, it’s super quiet and peaceful. We had the small studio and it works well for two people and a small dog. The ac works great, the kitchen is equipped with basic things for having breakfast in the room, and Fabio was always very kind and fast on providing us with guidance on checking in and answering questions. Also, was great to have the free parking, as not possible to reach the old town by car.

Very good

the house is really very beautiful, located in the historic center of the city. The beds are very comfortable, we enjoyed it.

the "included" parking is so far away that it is useless, furthermore the shuttle service that was offered to us costs 15 euros while the taxi costs 10 euros. Choose this house if you come without a car because otherwise everything is very uncomfortable and not suitable for a holiday.

great location but room should not be advertised as a two bedroom space

this was advertised as a two bedroom’ apartment but this was not 2 bedroom - this is a studio with a mezzanine with a very low roof. the is no door and so you cannot consider this as two rooms. further most adults would not be able to stand up in the mezzanine due to the low roof. dangerous staircase that should have a hand rail and should feature in the description as the room is three stories up - fine for us as we are fit but not everyone will be comfortable with this. there was a constant dripping that could be heard - when we mentioned this, the owner said he knew but it was the neighbours air conditioner and therefore nothing he could do - annoying noise.

Incredible location. Very central and close to amazing cafes and restaurants without being too busy and loud. Good to have a fridge. Brilliant host who was very responsive and proactive. Aesthetically pleasing and well decorated.

Very small property with unnecessarily large furniture, so wouldn’t want to stay longer than a few nights. Shower head leaks a lot so need to be careful not to wet the whole bathroom, and there were very basic kitchen amenities. Despite this (and if you’re happy to eat out for dinner and lunch, which you should because Rovinj is full of amazing food!!) we had a great stay and would absolutely return without hesitation due to the location!

Great apartment at a good price

Loved the location, you are 5 minutes away walking from the market, and ~15 from the Old Tobacco Factory. Literal minutes away from amazing restaurants, hidden in the small streets where also the apartment is. Moreover, you are close, yet the area is very quiet, so you can catch a break. We also loved the balcony! Perfect spot for your morning coffee (there is an actual coffee machine in the kitchen). All of the facilities were clean, and recently renovated. Also the owner is very helpful and approachable.

One of the rooms is in the living room (separated by a curtain). Still, we'd definitely come back.

Disappointing with dirty AC that you cannot use

The location is great, close to the harbour and town square. Very bright and clean room, with big comfy bed and with lots of storage space. The bathroom has a big shower.

It was super hot in the room and we could not use the AC as it was dirty, full of mold and smell awful as soon as you turned it on. It needs to be cleaned! We had to had windows open, all day and night open, but it is super noisy outside because of next door restaurants and trash bins - it is impossible to have good night sleep with sounds of breaking glass. The bathroom mirror is hung super high, so normal height person is struggling to have a make up done in it. The big mirror hanging on the entrance door to the room is great, but there should be more light in the room to really make use of it. The property provides just essential bathroom supplies: toilet paper, soap, towels..which lasts for 2 days and after that you have to buy it yourself, which to me is a bit of a rip off for the price of the accommodation you are paying for. Other Airbnb apartments have this included for guests for the whole stay. Very disappointing !

Adequate studio in the old part of Rovinj

Finding the parking was quite challenging. We ended up calling the host who said the directions were from about 10 years ago. He then sent us a brief video explaining how to get to the parking. Actually finding the studio was difficult as we meandered through Rovinj’s cobbled warren-like streets. It was difficult pulling our luggage uphill on the uneven road. We were happy to pay €15 for golf cart transfer back to our car at the end of our stay. We had two studios in different buildings. This worked out OK as they were just a minute apart. While nothing special, the studios were entirely adequate and close to good restaurants and all that Rovinj has to offer.

excellent location, in the heart of the old city... beautiful view, small but lovely roof balcony overlooking the sea, very quiet area... spacious rooms, lovely roof top view from the smaller bedroom.. at night you can see the stars from your bed, and you are woken up by the seagulls cries. Fabio the host was very helpful.
