Adorable Apartment With a Sea View

This apartment was nice and quiet and in a great location. I absolutely loved my balcony with a view of the sea - I was a bit tired from traveling so i enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a drink and a book and having a relaxing afternoon. I also had my morning coffee each day there. It's close to a grocery store and was easy to make meals in the kitchen saving me a little extra money. Also, I arrived a little early and they were able to check me in ahead of time and helped carry my bag up the stairs. I wish i had booked it longer!

One of our best stays in Croatia. Our host greeted us with welcome shots, and we also had a drink with them the next night. Fun people, great apartment with good kitchen, parking and a short walk to the town

Central and very friendly host

As we arrived Dragan was very kind and friendly. He was exteemly helpful because we had problems wirh our privat car. He organized us a mechanist. We enjoed our time there a lot.

Very central to the old town of Rovinj and the bus station, 24h bakery and pizza and super market

Dragan was a very nice and flexible host. Earlier arriving and leaving our luggage there until final check-in was no problem. He even took our luggage up the stairs and in our room. Besides of that he let a friend of mine who visited us for a few hours park at the house. Dragan has a very nice garden and from our room we could see the ocean. The air conditioning in the room was perfect for the hot summer days, but in the night we had to sleep without it and with open balcony door, because it was a little bit too cold 😅

Super clean apoartment with everything you need, kitchen, wifi, free parking and beautiful terasse and sea view. Host is extremely nice and welcoming. Location is perfect, 5 minutes to old town. Recommended to everyone, I will definetly stay here again.

Fantastic hostel, located 5 minutes walk from Rovinj old town. Close to many bars and restaurants. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, Wifi connection is very good, The owners are very communicative and nice. I loved this place !!! will come back for sure when I am back to Rovinj.

Un accueil chaleureux et incroyable. Nos hôtes nous ont offert du raisin du jardin, de la Grappa. Le logement est parfaitement situé à 10 minutes à peine du centre et surtout il a une place de parking privative. La terrasse et la chambre sont parfaites

Comodo e veloce vicino al centro su di una via trafficata.

La stanza era pulita e la dotazione del cucinino in linea come le aspettative. Il climatizzatore funzionava bene ed era necessario (si spegne con l'uscita dalla stanza). Il proprietario non parla lingue straniere ma non è stato difficile farsi capire. Cortese e puntuale la comunicazione. La posizione è centrale ed il centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il parcheggio privato sotto casa un valore aggiunto.

L'appartamento è situato vicino al centro presso un incrocio molto trafficato anche ad ore notturne in estate. Nonostante gli infissi fossero nuovi qualche rumore non poteva non arrivare. Comoda la terrazzina esterna per un breakfast mattutino, più difficile da usare per un pranzo (che può essere comunque fatto all'interno o in una delle altre sistemazioni nel bellissimo giardino con patio e uso griglia privata.

Per fare funzionare aria condizionata si deve inserire la chiave del appartamento, secondo me in questo periodo del anno con le temperature oltre 35 gradi sarebbe l'ideale lasciare deumidificatore acceso durante il giorno non così entrare in casa e aria condizionata è impostata su 24 gradi, inutile nelle prime ore. Letto anni 70-a , materasso anche.
