Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, schöner Erwachsenen-Pool mit Sprudelliegen, bequemes Bett, großer Fernseher, Kühlschrank im Zimmer, neue Standklimaanlage im Zimmer, Gemüsezentrifuge und Orangenpresse beim Frühstück.
Einzelne Teile des Abendessens waren sehr fein.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Unser Zimmer war im alten Hotelteil und schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer (3. Stock) fiel auf das davor gebaute Hotel incl. Klimaanlagen. Die Möbel im Zimmer hatten abgeschlagene Kanten und auch am Türrahmen, alter Teppichboden, veraltete Balkontür (ließ sich nicht kippen), nur Rollladen - keine Verdunklungsvorhänge, kleines enges Bad. Das Hotel ist insgesamt wenig gepflegt.
Im zu warmen, schlecht belüfteten Speisesaal ging es zu wie in einer Jugendherberge: Nachmittags und beim Frühstück ging jemand mit einem Wagen durch und sammelte Reste und Geschirr ein. Ebenso erinnerten die Behälter (Papier, Kunststoff, Restmüll) auf dem Gang an eine Gruppenunterkunft. In einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich einen anderen Standard.
Der kleine Aufzug erforderte etwas Mut und ruckelte enorm. Der Weg zu den Saunen und Pools war sehr verwinkelt, kompliziert und lang.
Die Qualität beim Frühstücksbuffet hat mich nicht überzeugt (u.a. Dosenpfirsiche, abgepacktes Joghurt), der Raum für das Buffet (morgens und nachmittags) wirkte wie eine Gruft.

Vitalpina hotel has a number of FREE activities for children (and adults), namely snooker, table soccer, air hockey, darts, ping pong, in addition to the "standard" kids room with more items for children. We also really enjoyed the heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym and sauna. We had a fantastic time over there! We also got a free gift after our stay from the hotel which was fantastic.
While it is understandable that, because many activities are free, they end up being "abused" by the hotel guests (shamefully I must say), there could be a bit more care maintaning those. For example the target of the darts has plenty of darts tips stuck there, which could easily be removed with a tool and that would even prevent that new dart tips would get broken. But this is a minor thing, overall we really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend going, especially if you have children.

Modernes, komfortables Familien- und Erwachsenenhotel nahe Meran.
Schöne Zimmer. Hervorragendes Essen (wir hatten Halbpension, d.h. Frühstück, Jause und Abendessen)!
Umfangreiches Freizeitangebot.
Zwei Saunalandschaften, eine für Erwachsene, eine auch für Familien mit Textil.
Aussen- und Innenpools.
Liegt in Apfelplantagen. Schöner Bergblick!
