Fantastic stay with a great view and very friendly staff

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated. We loved the huge balcony with comfy chairs and an amazing view of the valley. Great pools and saunas, good parking available in the garage. Nice breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

A jacuzzi near the pool and more hot options at the breakfast buffet would be appreciated.

Overall an unpleasant stay

Great facilities and location. Breakfast is really good. Bed is comfortable.

We were told at the reception the pool is only available for use until 8 PM. Hence we did not bother to bring swimming suits to the pool area after 8, but stayed next to the pool. Apparently the pool usage rules are only for the customers, but not for the hotel employees, as the woman from the reception was the only one swimming. Fine by me, but she had her dog running around freely and once I started walking, the dog confronted me and started barking. As I´m terrified of dogs due to past experiences, I totally lost it. I couldn´t bring myself back to normal for several days afterwards. This is not OK to allow angry/excited/crazy dogs to run around in the hotel common areas. If you´re scared of dogs and want a relaxing stay - this is not the place to go.

Alles in Allem ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, tolles Frühstücksbuffet! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zugewandt! Der Spabereich sehr schön, insgesamt das ganze Haus und rundherum toll gestaltet mit einem Mix aus alpiner Behaglichkeit und stylischem Design.

Super erholsam! ein rundum gelungener Urlaub ☀️

Wir waren für 4 Tage in diesem Hotel und haben jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zuvorkommender Service! Auch der Aussenbereich sowie die beiden Pools sind traumhaft gelegen. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick auf Algund und Meran. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr ansprechend, da könnte man den ganzen Tag verbringen. Abends waren wir sehr lecker Essen im Restaurant Bussl & more, welches zum Hotel gehört. Auch hier blieb kein Wunsch offen. Außerdem hat das Hotel eine sehr gute Ausgangslage um die Gegend zu erkunden. Auch erhielten wir wertvolle Tipps für eine Wanderung.

Wir kommen wieder!

Alles! Die Einrichtung, das geniale Frühstück und das, was den Unterschied macht, das freundliche, aufmerksame Personal. Hier fühlt man sich in allen Bereichen willkommen. Und sehr hundefreundlich noch dazu. Sehr schön auch, dass EZ angeboten werden und man daher nicht gezwungen ist, ein DZ allein zum Preis für zwei zu buchen. So kann man zu dritt auch super verreisen. Ich war mit meinen Eltern vor Ort, wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Auch das zugehörige Restaurant in 2 Minuten Gehweite ist spitze und bietet gehobene Küche. Wir kommen wieder!

Es wäre schön, wenn Nachmittags auch Kaffee und Kuchen angeboten werden würde, dann könnte man den tollen Garten, Pool etc. "ohne Unterbrechung" 😀 nutzen.

Bellissimo soggiorno insieme al mio amico a 4 zampe

Ottima colazione a buffet. Le piscine erano davvero belle, una riscaldata e una con acqua fredda dove era possibile portare il cane. Plus di questa struttura è il riguardo che hanno nei confronti dei nostri amici a quattro zampe: appena si arriva in camera, ti viene fornito un kit di benvenuto con biscotti, ciotola e suggerimenti su sentieri tranquilli dove portare il tuo cane.

Superbe hotel avec piscines/spa, situation idéale avec vue panoramique. Chambres "classic" ou Deluxe

Un superbe hotel sur les hauteurs de Partschins : une vue panoramique depuis la terrasse du petit-déjeuner. On ne s'en lasse pas. Excellent buffet de petit-déjeuner très varié et complet. Et il y a 2 piscines dans l'hotel ! un bassin "bleu" standard et un long bassin de nage chauffé. Bel espace sauna et hammam, et de nombreux espaces de relaxation très agréables. Attention toutefois au choix des chambres : les classiques = dans le vieil immeuble : c'est OK mais sans aucun charme et dans le jus : c'est refait / carreaux de salle de bain repeints, mais pas climatisé. Et les autres chambres, catégorie Deluxe contemporain dans le nouveau bâtiment : c'est plus cher ! Au final, très bel hôtel à recommander, mais choisir la typologie des chambres en connaissance de cause...

Bon... la chambre individuelle est quand même très minuscule. Sous les toits, je n'ose imaginer quand il fait chaud, car pas de climatisation dans le "Stammhaus". Là, par temps pluvieux, c'était OK. Ce qui est sûr, c'est que le prix payé 125 € est celui pour les prestations de l'hotel (spa, piscine, petit-déjeuner, ambiance, service, vue, ...) mais en aucun cas celui de la chambre, qui vaudrait plutôt autour de 75 €... à mon avis.

Es war sehr besonders.

Ein sehr exklusives Hotel und trotzdem (;-)) warmherzig. Eine tolle Gastgeberin, die für jeden Gast beim Frühstück persönliche Worte fand. 2 tolle Pools, ein überschaubarer aber absolut ausreichender und angenehmer SPA-Bereich, kleine „Wohnzimmer“ draußen und drinnen, wo man plaudern und einen Wein trinken konnte. Ein sensationeller Blick von der Frühstücksterrasse. Rundum schön!

Mir hat alles gefallen, für eine Alleinreisende muss man sich dieses schöne Ambiente aber leisten können.

Unser Zimmer bekam ein Upgrade und wir wohnten dadurch in einer Junior Suite, mussten zwar nach einer Übernachtung nochmal umziehen, aber dann in eine noch hochwertigere Suite mit eigener Sauna, die noch größer war. Die Ausstattung der Suiten ist sehr sehr hochwertig und es fehlt an nichts. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Die Außenanlagen haben zwei Außenpools (beheizt und nicht beheizt) mit ausreichend Platz bei allen Liegen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr großzügig eingerichtet.

Leider gibt es keine Küche und somit nicht die Möglichkeit, im Hotel zu essen. Das angeschlossene Lokal „Bussl“ haben wir nicht genutzt, weil es nicht geöffnet hatte, als wir zum Essen gehen wollten.

Traumurlaub in Traumhotel !

Oh mein Gott, wo soll man hier anfangen ?Als wir ankamen gab es gleich ein Upgrade zur Suite auf der anderen Seite des kleinen ,privat geführten Hotels. Diese Suiten sind ein Traum, wir konnten uns aber davon überzeugen dass auch die Zimmer im Hotel keine Wünsche offen lassen. Alles ist so ,so liebevoll eingerichtet, überall nur Einrichtung und Deko vom feinsten, man weiß garnicht wo man hingucken soll ! Wie gesagt die Suiten liegen gegenüber des Hotels, man brauchte aber nur über die Straße zu den Pools, oder auch Abends auf die wunderschöne Terasse mit Blick ins Tal, wo wir so manchen Abend bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnten .Wir waren mit unseren hochwertigen e-mountainbikes angereist und konnten diese in dem entsprechenden Raum in der Tiefgarage mit Lademöglichkeiten abstellen.Wenn wir Nachmittags von unseren Touren kamen konnte ich noch den kleinen aber feinen Saunabereich genießen und den wunderschönen Garten und Pool genießen. Die Gastgeberin Frau Schiefer und ihr Team halfen bei Wünschen und Fragen immer freundlich weiter. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück und das Frühstücksteam. Die Auswahl war sowas von besonders, immer hochwertiges frisches Obst, Müslizutaten vom feinsten , verschiedenste Käse aus der Region und das Buffet immer so nett mit Grün aus dem Garten dekoriert( Rosmarin, Olivenzweige). Das Personal war einfach nur aufmerksam und freundlich, ein tolles Team ! Partschins selber ist ein süßer kleiner Ort , auch im Bussl & more , welches zum Hotel gehörig ist ( zwei Minuten Gehweg) waren wir zweimal Essen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Mittwochs Abend war moderne Livemusik angesagt.

Der Pool ist absolut Spitzenklasse. Haben es total genossen. Das Ambiente hervorragend, man spürt, da ist Leidenschaft und Freude dahinter.

Leider haben wir das falsche Zimmer gebucht. Mussten mit den Koffern Treppen steigen , da ich Knieprobleme hatte, war das nicht ideal. Dann hatte es keine Klimaanlage. Aber fürs nächste Mal wissen wir welche Zimmer man buchen soll. Wir haben es ja sehr genossen, trotzdem.

Traumhafter Ort der Ruhe & Entspannung

Ein Ort der Ruhe & Entspannung. Traumhafter Pool, das Gebäude ein Mix aus alter Tradition und moderner Architektur. Das Frühstück war wunderbar angerichtet und sehr üppig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der unglaubliche Ausblick auf die Berge während des Frühstück ist einfach unbezahlbar! Das Personal immer und durchgehend zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Frage mich nur warum es nur 4 Sterne hat, 5 Sterne wären passender! Ich komme definitiv wieder!!! Herzlichen Dank!
