It was very relaxing and fun. Great panoramic view, great pool, very good for the soul.

I didn’t know that our building didn’t have an elevator because I had knee surgery not to long ago. But I was able to manage regardless. Also I didn’t realize our room had no air conditioning or refrigerator. But we still loved it regardless.

Great Location close to Merano and area.

Location of Hotel was excellent for getting to Toll train station where we could transport bicycles to Mais. Breakfast was great. Town was nice with things to do (waterfall). Nice Tourist office. Bus service good Parcines nice village.

Parking was a bit difficult, but hotel manager was helpful. Guests should be sure to request parking if they are with auto.

We love this hotel - the friendly staff, the clean, comfortable rooms, and most of all the incredible infinity pool with the breathtaking view of the mountains.

The only thing I could find to criticize is the lack of a minibar/fridge in the room. The parking situation could be challenging for people without alpine driving experience.

Very nice, new hotel situated in a beautiful mountain location

This is a very newly built hotel, set in a beautiful location up overlooking the Morano valley. The welcome was super friendly, with an offer of a glass of prosecco while we checked in. The rooms and bathrooms were well designed and spotless. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are two restaurants within 2 minutes' walk. There is however a very nice bar. The hotel has a small spa area, with a sauna and a jacuzzi. The breaskfast buffet was small, but nicely presented.

The WiFi coverage in our rooms, which were on the far side of the hotel, was practically non-existant. This meant that we basically had to go down to the hotel reception/bar to get on the internet - this isn't really acceptable these days. One of our rooms overlooked the entrance to the hotel, which was unfortunate as there is an outside bar area and thus it was noisy until quite late in the evening.

Alles bellissimo, wir haben uns gut erholt.

Das Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein und das Abendmenü war stets hervorragend. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist schön und praktisch.

Die Sauna ist etwas zu klein. Das ist wohl den Platzverhältnissen im historischen Gebäude geschuldet.

Gerne wieder

Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Das Essen war durchweg super lecker und vielfältig. Auch an Vegetarier wurde gedacht Der Pool ist ein Traum, die Sauna sehr schön, der Ruheraum leider ein bisschen klein. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Partschins. Zum Busbahnhof sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Sowohl Wanderungen, als auch die Verbindung nach z.B. Meran waren vom Hotel aus problemlos machbar.

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir eh nur zum Schlafen dort waren. Somit gab es für uns nichts auszusetzen.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen, gerne jederzeit wieder!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Essen war hervorragend, leider etwas lange Wartezeit während den Gängen. Zimmer mit Blick ins Tal. Der Skypool war mein persönliches Highlight. Hotel liegt gut zentral für Unternehmungen zu Fuß oder auch mit dem e-bike. Bushaltestelle gleich in der Nähe.

Im Zimmer wäre es hilfreich mehr Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen der Kleidung wie den Bademantel zu bekommen.

Zeer aangenaam hotel! Top!

Heel comfortabel hotel met ruime kamers. De ligging midden in het dorp is heerlijk. Bij mooi weer kan je buiten ontbijten wat we dan ook deden. Het eten was lekker en afwisselend, een combinatie van de Oostenrijkse en Italiaanse keuken. Mooie, uitgebreide wijnkaart ook met veel wijn uit de regio. Met de bus kan je makkelijk overal komen, het busstation ligt op vijf minuten wandelen. Uitstapjes naar Meran of een bergwandeling zijn allemaal makkelijk te maken. Wij komen graag terug!

Werkelijk een heerlijk appartement van het hotel. Net een maand oud, schoon, luxe en heel vriendelijk personeel. Fantastisch infinity zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Gezellig dorpje, mooie omgeving en Merano en Bolzano dichtbij. Heerlijke 5 dagen gehad met man, zoon en hond!

- Piscina a sfioro con acqua a 30°C - Jacuzzi - Dotazione di kit (accappatoio +asciugamano) per piscina e sauna finlandese - Balcone con vista vallata davvero bello - Colazione con prodotti tipici sia salati che dolci e possibilità di fare colazione sia all'interno della struttura che all'esterno. Sedute in entrambi gli ambienti confortevoli. - Cene veramente di qualità e curate nella presentazione. Presenza di alternativa vegetariana

- Acqua in bottiglia a pagamento (5,70 €/bottiglia) nonostante il trattamento di mezza pensione. Non viene messo in chiaro che l'acqua può essere richiesta in caraffa oppure imbottigliata. Sinceramente non so se quella in caraffa è compresa nel trattamento o meno: quella imbottigliata sicuramente no. Magari per i local è una cosa scontata, per noi non lo era. Quindi, secondo me, questo è un aspetto che va chiarito con il cliente.

Das Hotel ist super, ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen knusprigen Brötchen. Das Personal sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Man wird beim Frühstück gefragt, ob man ein Spiegelei oder Rührei wünscht, fand ich klasse. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist einfach spitze, Sauna, Whirlpool alles sauber. Die kann Landschaft, die Berge, die ganze Umgebung während dem baden bewundern. Zu empfehlen ein Ausflug zum Wasserfall und den Wahlweg beim Zurückkommen nehmen.

La cosa che mi ha stupito di più sono state le persone. Educate, eleganti, piene di energia....la delicatezza nel modo di trattarti ti farà sentire il loro abbraccio. L'hotel non ve lo descrivo perché secondo me le immagini parlano....sarai in paradiso!!! Il tutto si sposa benissimo con la natura stupenda intorno....

Il poco tempo che avevamo a disposizione....altrimenti sarei rimasto 1 mese qui!!

Luxus im Dorf

Sehr stilvolle Einrichtung - nicht übertrieben schick/edel, sondern authentisch und modern. So wie das Personal - alle fröhlich und zufrieden und das merkt man als Gast sofort. Die Kombination aus im-Ort-sein, schönster Aussicht aufs Tal oder in den lebendigen kleinen Ort, einem wirklich perfekt arrangierten Infinity-Pool und der ehrlichen Gastfreundschaft macht dieses Hotel zu was besonderem. Und einen Hauch Italien bekommt man dann gleich in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage mit, wo auf engstem Raum alle einen Platz finden. So "Kleinigkeiten" wie gleich drei Ladestationen für Elektroautos bekommen von mir natürlich ein extra Lob ;-).

Das lange Wochenende war viel zu kurz, aber dafür kann hier niemand was :-).

Una perla a PARCINES

La struttura è molto bella incastonata in mezzo al paese di Parcines Il personale gentilissimo e preparato. La pulizia è ottima La card convezionata cn l'hotel x poter usufruire di pullman,funivie,trenino del Renon completamente gratuiti è stato un servizio molto gradito. Anche l'attenzione x i pasti gluten free di cui ho usufruito è eccellente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Hotel piccolo, accogliente e ben ristrutturato. Piscina a sfioro stupenda, con vista su Merano; lettini molto comodi, con ombrellone. Personale gentile. Lo consiglio!

Mancanza di aria condizionata, (ma con la finestra aperta siamo stati benissimo) e di frigo in camera.
