Great hotel with great food.

Everything. Lovely room, great view, lots of space, beautiful terrace, comfortable bathroom, everything spotlessly clean. Lovely interior swimming pool and great exterior jacuzzi. Fantastic dinner and super breakfast. Personnel was very professional and kind as well. Can only recommend.

Great place to relax - we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is definitely a great place to have a relaxing holiday in a beautiful hiking area! It has a very nice spa area and the staff was always super friendly & attentive. They offer a nice breakfast buffet and dinner menu. Overall, we were fully happy with our stay at Hotel Stachelburg!

it was too long to wait to be seated at the restaurant some of the waiters don't speak english or italian when some food (sausages) during the breakfast were missed no one cared about it white and better quality toilet paper is definitely needed

Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Auch das mehrgängige Abendessen war immer ein Genuss. Im Badebereich war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Das Kopfkissen war zu flach und die Füllung erneuerungsbedürftig.

Region war perfekt, man kann tolle Ausflüge machen, Hotel und Personal waren sehr freundlich.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir würden wieder in diese Region Reisen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel, jedoch die Zimmer in der unteren Preisregion waren sehr klein und dunkel. Habe Vorort ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer vorgenommen, das zufälligerweise ging, waren dann sehr zufrieden.

Beim Nachmittagskuchen gab es kostenlosen Tee aber Kaffe nur gegen Bezahlung. Hier könnte die Kaffeemaschine angeboten werden.

Wir wurden selten in einem Hotel so persönlich und wertschätzend behandelt. Das Hotel bietet allen Komfort und eine sehr gute Küche. Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute bis zur Abreise einfach nur wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben unsere kurze Auszeit sehr genossen

Überaus freundliches und bemühtes Team. Schöner Wellnessbereich, Hotel sehr schön ausgestattet. Tolles Frühstück mit Möglichkeit noch zusätzlich Eier etc.zu bestellen. Abendessen mit Vorspeisenbuffet und Menüwahl war sehr gut. 4f 4

Sehr erholsam und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl

Das Frühstück war sehr reich und vielfältig sowie auch liebevoll gestaltet. Leider wurden Brötchen eher spärlich aufgefüllt. Wünsche wurden nach Möglichkeit alle erfüllt und das Personal war immer äusserst freundlich. Wir durften unseren Hund auch mit auf die Terrasse nehmen und nach dem zweiten Tag wurde uns sogar immer der gleiche Tisch auf der Terrasse vorbereitet. Das Nachtessen war immer hervorragend gekocht und ebenso liebevoll angerichtet. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl und gut bedient gefühlt. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Ich hätte mir eine eigene Kaffemaschine gewünscht auf dem Zimmer, da ich als bekennender Morgenmuffel nicht gerne unter Leute gehe am Morgen. Zum Glück konnte ich immer Kaffee an der Maschine im Speisesaal abholen und mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Was leider nicht geklappt hat ist der Service mit der Minibar. Wir haben am ersten Tag an der Rezeption gemeldet, dass wir gerne unsere Minibar mit Wein und Mineralwasser bestückt hätten. Die erste Lieferung hat uns der Manager persönlich gebracht, aber leider wurde nie aufgefüllt, Wir musste täglich selber dafür besorgt sein, das empfanden wir als schade und müsste besser klappen
