La situation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel avec une vue plongeante sur la ville de Merano (même depuis notre chambre).
La gentillesse des gérants et du personnel qui était aux petits soins. Les repas du soir étaient variés et savoureux.
Un très bel espace spa avec sauna, hammam et jacuzzi bref le TOP!

Frühstück war ansprechend, Abendessen sehr gut. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten - vielen Dank!
Beim Frühstück fehlte mir die Möglichkeit ein frisches Omelette/Rührei oder die Heissgetränke zu bestellen. Die Säfte waren nicht frisch, sondern aus dem Tetrapack.
