Outstanding friendliness of the staff, very delicious breakfast buffet with a broad variety of choices including a lot of local food. The setting on the terrace is superb, how better to start the day watching the valley of Meran with a hearty breakfast? The dinner menus also are incredible. Together with the delicious cocktails from the bar ... unforgettable.

That we had not enough time to enjoy this hotel even more :-)

Nice view over the valley and Merano. Also the facilities like the outdoor swimming pond and the terrace are very nice

Actually we got a very much older room than the pictures on booking.com are showing- there is a old part of the hotel and a new one. Our furniture was from the 70s so if I pay that much money I also want a room which is shown upfront in the description

Top Lage inmitten von Obstbäumen und Weinreben. So aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück übertrifft alles. Das gesamte Hotel ist super schön eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Ausblick auf Meran ein Traum! Super schöner Wellnessbereich und Garten mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch Lage im Dorf super.

Rundum wohlfühlen

Das Frühstück und auch das Menü am Abend waren hervorragend. Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz waren für uns sehr positiv. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit diversen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Relaxen und eine ebensolche Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein.

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Perfekt!

Wundervolle Gastgeberinnen, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und dennoch ruhig. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Die Gartenanlage ein Traum. Der Wellnessbereich ist wundervoll. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ich kennen schon einige Unterkünfte in Dorf Tirol, diese hier ist für mich die bislang Beste.

Können das Hotel so nicht empfehlen….entspricht vor Ort leider nicht der Beschreibung.

Der Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen war ein Traum. Die Lage zum Ortskern super - nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht anhand der Fotos im Internet ….angeboten vor Ort war es ein Budget Zimmer und wesentlich günstiger als das Gebuchte. Nach der Reklamation haben wir dann das gebuchte Zimmer bezogen. Die Handtücher im Zimmer sowie in der Sauna waren schon sehr verbraucht und eigentlich von der Qualität her sehr schlecht. Wir haben uns sehr beobachtet und kontrolliert gefühlt. Den Zimmerschlüssel sollten wir immer beim verlassen des Hotels in den Schlüsselschrank hängen 😳 Ein Hotel eher für ältere Menschen 🙃

Die Aussicht war traumhaft Der Naturteich zum baden Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Das man Aussicht von der Dusche hat.
