Paid €40 more for the room than quoted. Not going to spoil my holiday by arguing over it, but felt that was wrong.

Struttura bella accogliente e pulita le camere grandi e moderna colazione abbondante

La cena non è assolutamente all’ altezza del ristorante! In un hotel trentino tutto mi aspetto fuori che come prima portata pasta al ragù bolognese e al pesto genovese per non parlare del resto spezie che non stavano assolutamente bene nei piatti a mio gusto!

Struttura accogliente e pulita, Colazione e cena di ottima qualità, Staff gentile e premuroso, all'arrivo ti consegnano vari depliant e ti spiegano quello di cui hai bisogno. Durante i pasti ti servono al tavolo e c'è anche il buffet (Il nostro cameriere di sala simpaticissimo! "Massimo") Il cuoco gentilissimo e disponibile nel servire le varie portate al buffet. Camera molto spaziosa e accogliente Con una bellissima vista (Merano dall' alto e le montagne) Spa con sauna e bagno turco, angolo tisana e zona relax con divanetti. Abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio in garage. Ottimo hotel per una vacanza relax appena fuori Merano in zona collinare!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, grosse Auswahl. Freundliches Personal. Der Ortsbus war ganz in der nähe, damit war man auch ohne Auto gut mobiel. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man sah über das ganze Thal

Familiengeführtes Hotel mit Charme. gerne wieder

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel auf der Anhöhe oberhalb Meran. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit anschliessender Besichtigung des Hotels. Das Essen am Abend war gut aber nicht hervorragend, dafür war das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer war sehr herzlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Busstation. Mit dem Gratisbus kann man direkt nach Meran oder zum nahe gelegenen Sessellift fahren welcher einem nach Meran bringt.

Die Zimmer könnten etwas grösser sein.

Eine Quelle der Entspannung - geniessen und erholen

Zentralgelegenes Hotel im Dorf Tirol. Grosse schöne Terrasse mit super Blick in die Berge und über Meran. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, da fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ein absoluter Genuss und biete jeden Tag neue Variationen an. Der Spa Bereich ist einladend und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Páčilo sa nám vybavenie hotela, bola tam klimatizácia, k dispozícii župan, uteráky aj plážový taška. Na izbe bol mini bar aj kanvica, ale chýbala káva, bol len čaj. Mali sme krásny výhľad z balkóna na sady, mesto a okolitú scenériu. Poredhotel viedol turistický chodníček. Krásne prostredie.

Chýbala mi káva na izbe. Možnosť stravovania boli raňajky a večera, servirovali chody. Toto nám nevyhovovalo a využívali sme okolité reštaurácie, sú veľmi blízko hotela.

Wunderbare Zeit, wunderbarer Ort.

Alles. Es war wunderbar! Zimmer wunderschön. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Das einzig negative ist von meiner Seite aus sehr individuell - ich bin groß und schwer, mache sehr viel Sport und esse sehr viel. Beim Abendessen wurde ich leider nicht satt.

Täydellinen paikka perheen minilomalle Alpeille

Ihana perhehotelli kauniissa paikassa. Hotellista pääsi suoraan patikointipolulle vuorille. Perhehuone toimi täydellisesti 5 hengen perheellemme ja lapset rakastivat poreallasta. Parasta hotellilla oli iso uima-allas henkeäsalpaavalla näkymällä. Saimme nauttia siitä omassa rauhassa. Puolihoito toimi mukavasti! Hyvä parkkihallipaikka autolle, joka kuului huoneeseen.

Illallisella viimeinen ruokalajimme unohdettiin tarjoilla ja oli muutenkin haastavaa saada lisätilauksia tehtyä aterialle.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie haben alles dafür gegeben, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Wir werden sicher wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.
