Struttura curata in ogni particolare, nulla è lasciato al caso. Pulizia impeccabile. Facilmente raggiungibile da Merano, a cui è collegata anche con i mezzi pubblici. Elisabeth ci ha fatti sentire a casa, gentile e radiosa, ha preparato l'abbondante colazione, servita in camera, con prodotti locali. Alba mozzafiato, che ci siamo goduti dal terrazzino della nostra camera.

Alles war perfekt!

Ich wurde freundlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen, die mir dann die umliegenden Orte und Täler erklärt hat und eine Liste der Restaurants mitsamt Öffnungszeiten mitgegeben hat. Frau Staffler war stets freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht vorhanden. Luisas Haus liegt direkt am Busbanhof, sodass man auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ohne Schwierigkeiten anreisen kann. In wenigen Gehminuten entfernt sind mehrere Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Gerne kommen wir als Wandergruppe wieder.

Wir bekamen unser Frühstück bei schönstem Wetter auf die Terrasse gebracht. Es war alles sehr schön hergerichtet, mit selbstgemachtem Himbeersaft. Kaffee gab es auf Wunsch nach, wie alles andere auch. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und man braucht für die Dauer des Aufenthalts kein Auto. Der Busbahnhof ist direkt vor der Tür und mit dem Südtirol Pass kann man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzten. Man kann überall hin. Besser geht es nicht. Unsere Wirtin war die Beste. ;)

Ottima struttura, proprietari fantastici 🥰

La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e accogliente 🥰, la camera spaziosa con lavello e frigorifero, un ampio balcone . Tutto pulito e curato nei paricolari. Merano è facilmente raggiungile in autobus, la fermata è proprio di fronte alla casa. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Ich komme sehr gerne wieder

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, schöne neu renovierte Zimmer, toller Blick vom Balkon auf das Tal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Das Frühstück war ein Erlebnis, lauter Produkte aus der Gegend, große Auswahl, selbst gemachte, sehr leckere Marmelade und vieles mehr. Leider war das Wetter nicht schön genug, um dieses leckere Frühstück vor der tollen Alpenkulisse auf dem Balkon genießen zu können Der Busbahnhof und die Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss haben mich nicht gestört.

L'accoglienza è stata al di sopra di ogni aspettativa, così come la camera. Mi sono sentito accolto come uno di famiglia e la gentilezza e la cortesia è stata totale. Entspannend, schön und herzig - hab mich total wohl gefühlt!

Tolle Lage in einer wunderschönen Gegend, toll eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer sowie hübsche Terrasse und nettes Pool. Bei Schönwetter ein absoluter Traum! Ich konnte herrlich abkühlen und entspannen und die Gegend bietet auch nette Lokale und Möglichkeiten zur Unternehmung. Die Pizzeria gleich im Erdgeschoss ist die kurze Wartezeit übrigens absolut wert! Das Frühstück zahlt sich voll aus - selbst das kompakte hat mich echt satt und bereit für den Tag gemacht. Lokale und teilweise selbstgemachte Zutaten und wahnsinnig lecker! Von der tollen Terrasse und der frischen Bergluft ganz zu schweigen. Lisi war total nett und zuvorkommend - hat nie gestresst und immer geholfen, Tipps gegeben und ist mir nach allen Möglichkeiten entgegen gekommen. Sie hat mir dann sogar extra Gefallen getan und nichts mehr als ein Dankeschön dafür verlangt. Ich kann ihre Gastfreundlichkeit gar nicht genug betonen! Mein Motorrad durfte ich sicher im kleinen Innenhof und überdacht parken, das war ein großes Plus. Für Autos war dort auch reichlich Platz.

Manche würden sich sicher über eine Klimaanlage freuen - wenn man abdunkelt und nachts lüftet geht’s aber voll. Abends hört man auch das Lokal unten - wer früh schlafen geht sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Das ist aber alles meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉

ruhige, schöne, Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern und südtiroler Charme.

Wenn ich 6 von 5 Sternen geben könnte, würde ich das tun- wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im "Luisashaus" sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell, Lisi war eine super freundliche, warmherzige Gastgeberin, die sich Zeit für Gespräche genommen hat, und uns direkt alles gezeigt hat. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, und wirkte frisch renoviert. Schön aber schlicht eingerichtet, ohne viel schnick schnack, damit man wirklich abschalten kann. Es gab eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und etwas Geschirr, jedoch ohne Kochfeld. Hinterm Haus gab es eine schöne Liegewiese mit sehr gepflegtem Pool, sowie eine große Terrasse, auf der Lisi uns das Frühstück serviert hat. Alles regionale Produkte, vom Schinken bis zum Honig konnte sie uns zu jedem Produkt sagen, von wem es kommt! Die Unterkunft liegt außerdem sehr zentral in Dorf-Tirol. Das "Luisashaus" ist keine Massenabfertigung wie im großen Hotel, sondern eine beschauliche, ruhige Unterkunft mit echtem Südtiroler Charme. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war etwas schwer zu finden aber die Wirtin war sehr bemüht und kam uns entgegen die Lage ist super sehr zentral und das Zimmer war super modern und angenehm das Personal sehr freundlich und natürlich (nicht aufgesetzt) und herzlich

Perfekt

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen im schönen Meraner Land. Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Haustür. Die Zimmer sind ganz neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool lädt nach dem Wandern zum Schwimmen oder einfach nur zum Relaxen ein. Was will man mehr. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein Highlight ist das leckere Frühstück das Lisi mit regionalen Produkten anbietet. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder :)
