A nice and very welcoming guesthouse! Lovely breakfast:)

We really liked the owner who was welcoming and very helpful when we had questions! The communication before check in and when our train was delayed was great. The Breakfast was very nice, the shower was great and we found the size of the room and bathroom very generous. There is a bus stop right outside and the bus is very reliable to get to Merano in 10 min. However, the bus runs until about 9,30/10pm (even on a Saturday) so if you expect to stay later in Merano you can take a taxi from 18-20euro. There is a kiosk opposite where you can buy some local treats and a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. We also bought some nice local honey. Overall a very nice stay, thank you!

The room was too cold, especially in the evenings when the weather got chilly in October the radiator did not warm up and was completely off at night. Although when we asked a heater was offered which we used, and there are spare blankets in the wardrobe. The mattress was quite hard. The guesthouse is next to mountain road so you do get traffic noise, although at night there is hardly any traffic. It is better to have a car if you would like to be flexible, we did not find this an issue because we were already aware from the listing description.

Exceptional

Absolutely brilliant place. Owner was very kind and helpful, very good breakfast, good transport accessibility (bus stop is right near the house), several hiking trails nearby. In fact you even don't need to visit the tourist office: owner provided us with a lot of useful informations inculding maps, timetables etc. I would highly recommend this place if you're going to explore Merano surroundings.

Eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche mit guter Anbindung und besonderer Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin!

Der Tag begann mit einem sehr guten Frühstück und einem Gespräch mit der außergewöhnlich freundlichen Gastgeberin. Wir bekamen auch viele Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Region. Das Auto haben wir die ganze Zeit nicht gebraucht, da über die Gästekarte der ÖPNV enthalten ist und die Haltestelle sich direkt vor dem Haus befand. Es befand sich ein Wildbach direkt vor dem Haus. Er hat uns nicht beim Schlafen gestört, trotz geöffnetem Fenster.

Mooi pension met uitstekend ontbijt en heel fijne eigenaars. Centraal gelegen in de natuur met goede busverbindingen. Eigenlijk geen auto nodig.

De WiFi en de matrassen vonden we wat minder.

Schön ausgeglichen, tolle Lage mit Busverbindungen zu Seilbahnen, in die Stadt, etc. Familiärer Anschluss und sehr gemüt

Die familiäre Umgebung und der freundliche Kontakt mit Frau Kleon hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir konnten sie immer nach Rat zu Restaurants, Wanderungen oder ähnlichem fragen und auch sonst war Frau Kleon sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Am Haus führt ein rauschender Fluss entlang, der so ein laut ist, dass wir bei offener Balkontür Ohropax nutzen mussten. Für Menschen, die mit Lautstärke oder sonst Wärme (bei geschlossener Tür - Außentemperatur war tagsüber um die 30grad) kein Problem beim schlafen haben, ist das nicht von Belang. In unserem Zimmer war der WLAN Empfang so gut wie garnicht vorhanden, was etwas schwierig ist, wenn man darauf angewiesen ist aber sonst für ein „digital Detox“ perfekte Möglichkeiten darstellt.

Sehr zu empfehlen - gerne wieder.

Ausgezeichnetes und vielfältiges Frühstück - sogar Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und praktisch ausgestatten. Auch ein Kühlschrank steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Der Blick vom Balkon ist grandios. Die Bushaltestelle und ein Kiosk mit warmen, kleinen Snacks liegt genau gegenüber. Die nette Vermieterin hatte immer Zeit für ein Gespräch und gab nützliche Tipps.

Der Fernsehempfang war nicht so gut.

Wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Familie hat uns herzlich aufgenommen, besonders hervorzuheben war die Vermieterin. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und vom Balkon hat man eine gute Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Durch die Busverbindung mit der Haltestelle am Haus kann man sein Auto getrost an der Unterkunft stehen lassen. Neben dem Haus verläuft ein Bach, der ein angenehmes Rauschen verursacht. Wandern und Radfahren ist von der Unterkunft aus möglich. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Gästekarte, die es ermöglicht alle Busverbindungen kostenlos zu nutzen.

Auf der Straße, die am Haus vorbei geht, ist der Verkehr zu den Stoßzeiten doch sehr hoch. Im Gebäude nimmt man diesen nicht war. Nur wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist, ist es fast nicht möglich den Kraftfahrzeugen die ersten 300 m auszuweichen.

Drei Tage Südtirol im Mai

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die wunderbare Ratschläge für Abendessen, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und den mit der Gästekarte kostenlosen Bus, der direkt vor der Einfahrt hält, für uns hatten. Tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt mit südtiroler Speck, Käse, Ei, herrlichen Kuchen usw. Balkon mit herrlichem Blick und der rauschende Gebirgsbach, der am Haus vorbei fließt (zwar etwas laut, aber schön).

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, super Service mit vielen Tipps zu Wanderungen, Gastronomie oder Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Meran. Schöner Balkon mit Aussicht auf Schafweide und Apfelplantagen. Grandioses Frühstück mit u.a. selbstgemachten leckerem Feigenbrot. Großer Gemeinschaftskühlschrank. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt nach Meran, Schloss Trautmannsdorf, Dorf Tirol, Schenna, Passeiertal mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, andere Seite der Straße durch kleinen Tunnel erreichbar. Hier wartet auch ein kleiner Biergarten und Imbiss auf durstige Wanderer und Biker. Gemütliches Restaurant Hilberkeller in Kuens fußläufig erreichbar.

Grundsätzlich Geschmacksache, die Einrichtung war etwas dunkel mit 70er Jahre Charme , der Fernseher sehr klein für müde Augen

Wir hatten einen Kurzurlaub gebucht und waren begeistert. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, die Gastgeber sehr nett und jeden Morgen gab es ein hervorragendes Frühstück. Es war rund um eine schöne Zeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
