Old hotel in need of refurbishment

Reasonably friendly staff, happy to make various hot drinks at breakfast (the same breakfast every day, served at the table, no fruit, cereals or yoghurt).

Small rooms with paper-thin walls, on a noisy road, no air-conditioning (it was very hot during the night), in need of new bathrooms. No hot water in the morning on 2 out of 5 days. 25-minute walk to Malcesine.

the room was quite small not enough power sockets in the room and they are not european so I couldn't use my laptop without an adaptor no water in the room

The staff were friendly and helpful. Contrary to other reviews, breakfast was more than a sweet Italian breakfast, and was pretty good. Value for money compared to some other hotels. Balcony with a table and chairs.

Inconvenient place to charge your devices near the bed, but at around 1,2 meter high. So had to disconnect the night lamp and charge my devices in that socket. The towels were not changed during the stay. A place for hangers, but not a single hanger in the wardrobe. A couple of nights were pretty windy so didn't want to leave balconies doors opened and it was pretty hot to sleep.

Not worth the money.

Location of the bar/ hotel is good. Through a pathway next to camping it's very easy to reach the lake.

It was the first weekend in Octobre and quite chilly. The heating didn't work. So Bathroom and sleeping room were quite frosty. Not idea. The Internet was even worse.

There was a pizzeria downstairs with tastefull meal, which was very good and comfortable. The room was quite and clean.

There was no air-condition with very limited possibility to get fresh air into the room, therefore it was too hot and we could not sleep. There was no internet connection in room only on stairs and on shared places.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice view from the balcony to the mountains and the lake. Hotel provides bread, ham, cheese and coffee for breakfast which is enough to start the day.

Shower courtain could be replaced with a new one but that's just a suggestion.

Large parking in the garden behind the hotel = huge advantage for Malcesine, availability to park car including trailer. Good breakfast and dinner in pizzeria. Staff willingness.

Size of room. We were 3 persons. There in Booking app has been announced room size 30m2, double bed + single bed. I.e. we expected reasonable room size for 3 persons and 3 standard quality of beds for 3 adults. Reality was different, standard double bed room with size below 20m2, third bed was only "extra" bed, not standard bed. Really tight room for 3 adults.

Very nice staff, great food, and perfect location!

The staff was really nice and welcoming! The food was excellent! I highly recommend the pasta with all the seafood :-) Around Lake Garda it is difficult to park and I was worried that we would have to climb a steep hill to get to the hotel. It was a really nice surprise to see that parking was large, and that it was an easy walk between the beach and the hotel.

Quite good location, small balcony with good mountain view, 10 min walk to the place where can swim. You can dine right on the terrace in hotel what was great. Free parking. Very close to Funivia Malcesine-Monte Baldo. In general staying was comfortable.

Very good price relation. Because of Corona breakfast was at the table and marmelade, Honey and nutcreme was in little packages. - so more plastic waste, because of Corona I think. Good Quality saucage (Italian Salami & prociutto), cheese. Vegetable like tomato or egg you can ask for. They are very friendly and Try to fulfill your wishes (we could use their refridgerator and we got a room with balcony with sea view. ) They have a good restaurant the terrace is Full every evening also with Italian people who live their or with surf school trainers That are working there. It Has an wonderful natural garden where you can Relax between olive trees regarding Mountains. Tourist Bus to Malcesine stops at the hotel. You can take „Seilbahn“ funiviera to Monte Baldo and take a wonderful Walk to Monte Altissimo di Nago (3,5h) or Monte Pozette (2h), with wonderful view over mountains and lake Garda. From the Hotel ist is an 700 m walking to the beach where you can rent wind Surf stuff and stand up Paddles. Or just swim. From the Balkony of the Hotel you can See paragliders landing Not far at the Paragliding Bar at the lake.

Everywhere there is no big choice for vegan food beside Pizza vegetariana, spaghetti aglio er olio, sometimes with Trüffel... - everyday is boaring. In risottos or other vegetarian food there is mostly cheese... So in the Restaurant they had good spinach, and they made verdure griglate for me, but That is normally only a Little Bit (like antipasti)

Petit déjeuner complet et restaurant associé à l'hôtel très bon. L'établissement est tenu par une famille très sympathique. Nous avions accès au lac de Garde en 5 minutes à pied. Très bonne expérience.

Les couloirs et les ouvertures de portes peuvent être bruyants. C'est vraiment le seul bémol.

Velké zklamání

Dobrá poloha hotelu, parkování před hotelem.

Stěny jsou jako z papíru. Kdokoliv v noci spláchne toaletu, slyšíte to jako byste měli hlavu v trubkách. Polštář tvrdý tak, jako by byl vycpaný slámou. Židle v restauraci potrhané, prosezené, zatrhávalo oblečení. K snídani rozpečené, nikoliv čerstvé pečivo. To samé pizza k večeři, byla z nějakého polotovaru - asi nejhorší pizza, kterou jsem kdy v Itálii jedla. Ráda bych napsala že dobré na jednu noc, ale vzhledem k tomu, že právě tu jednu noc jsme zde strávili a prakticky nespali, nemohu hotel doporučit vůbec.

Tolles Hotel mit leckerem Essen und Top-Service

Der äußerst freundliche Gastgeber – der sich als Familienbetrieb herausstellte – empfing uns spät am Abend herzlich. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, waren wir sprachlos: Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster raubte uns den Atem. Vom Balkon aus konnte man die Berge und den See sehen. Außerdem stellte sich heraus, dass das Restaurant, das ebenfalls von der Familie geführt wird, köstliche italienische Gerichte zu sehr fairen Preisen anbietet. Am Morgen wurden wir mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück verwöhnt – alles war frisch und lecker. Hervorragende Zimmer, großer Parkplatz, alles blitzsauber – ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

Schade, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt.

Alles! Das war mit Abstand das furchtbarste Zimmer dass man sich vorstellen kann! Und dafür dann 92€ verlangen...mit diesem Badezimmer ist es keine 20€ wert. Ich kann nur davon abraten zu buchen!!

Olivenöl Region. Typisch italienisch.

Sehr nette Familie, die die Unterkunft führt. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Das Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse serviert. Das Hotel umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Sicht auf den See.

Das Zimmer sehr spartanisch (für uns war ok) das Möbel in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hat die Reinigung nicht sehr gründlich stattgefunden. Gewischt wurde selten.

Tolle Lage; sehr schöner Außenbereich (Terrasse). Personal sehr aufmerksam, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Zimmer sauber mit kleinem Balkon. Seeblick möglich. Frühstück völlig ausreichend.

Dusche dauerte etwas mit dem warmen Wasser.

Wir hatten schon besseres , schade die Gegend ist wunderschön

Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht.

Es war alles etwas alt und abgewöhnt. Aber am schlimmsten war die Toilettenbürste. So etwas dreckiges habe ich noch nicht gesehen, wir finden eine neue Bürste für 1 € ist immer drin. Das Frühstück war einfach und ausreichend und wieder dieser völlig übersüsste O Saft, dann lieber Wasser.
