Our train was delayed 2 1/2 hours due to having hit an animal, so we were way past normal check-in. They were in contact with us via WhatsApp whilst we were on the train and were very understanding, putting the keys in a lockbox we could access AND sending us a video showing exactly how to access it and to then access the building and the room. It is a non-staffed location so this showed great pre-planning on their part to have such a video ready to send to folks who were delayed.
The description could have been a little better to make clear that there is a common area with the kitchen and sit-down space and balcony overlooking the harbor, and each guests' room is off this common area and individually keyed.

Good location very complicated arrival instructions with keys and more keys. Nice view of the harbor.
Check-in is very complicated with so many keys. Instructions for Internet and passcode are on the back of the door, but the letters are very very small and the code is very very long. And after inputting the code 3 times I never did get Internet. There is an elevator, but it stops mid-level and you must either walk up a flight of stairs or down a flight of stairs to get to the unit
