Every thing, I couldn’t not fault it one bit. They pride in customer service and when I mean I had worry free it was. Easy to get to and perfect for pre cruise.

arrived early (check in is 3pm- we arrived at 1pm). As a guest house there was nobody to greet us even though website said we could leave our cases. The cleaning lady was very helpful once we got past the language barrier. A massive thing to be aware of is a very long steep stair case to get up to the apartment which seems to be within a residential block of flats. We had 3 x 25 kg cases which I found very very difficult to get up the stairs. Anybody who is older or not very fit would not be able to do it. We left the flat at 9am the following morning. At 9.35 we got a message from the host asking what time we where leaving, and she would help with the cases. Just a bit too late ! On that note, one minor thing to be aware of. We was looking for a wine opener in the shared kitchen/ living area of the flat. When I returned to my room we had a phone call and message from the host telling us where the wine opener is. It turns out there are cameras in the shared areas where we where being watched and listened too. This creeped us out a bit. She also would have known that we had left at 9am when she messaged at 9.30 to say she would help with cases. A lovely well decorated room, just a couple of things to be aware of so you can make an informed decision. Also, description says sea view which it is not (unless you count a distant very small sliver of a view between 2 buildings). The room is also on a busy main road and the sound insulation is not great.
