Beautiful room. Clean and spacious and amazing balcony. Staff were so welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. And a few minutes walk from train station.

Excellent location, breakfast, service. Old world charm. Walking distance to most everything.
Taxi to the port was convenient, but overpriced.

They were able to accommodate our request to hold luggage until we could leave for our cruise
Check in time was for 3pm and the rooms were not ready. We had no choice but to wait for over 30 mins. When I asked the front desk she said there was nothing she could do about it. I was pretty disappointed because if we had checked out late, we would have been penalized but there was nothing accountability on their part for providing us check in late.
