The location was great, the staff was amazing. They gave us recommendations for restaurants places to explore. We loved the restaurants and they even instructed us to take a bus to the walled city taquina which was great. We loved the pastries and coffee in the mornings and we loved the sitting area in the lobby met other travelers who happened to be on our cruise, accommodations could not have been better.
I have nothing to add here everything was great.

Room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Complimentary water, wine, and soft drinks was a nice touch.
A bit unsettling to not have someone on-site at all times. Breakfast was basically non-existent.

Location was good. Didn’t know what to expect, having never stayed at a hotel that was totally digital in both registration and checkout.
A better explanation of all aspects of how the property is fully digitally integrated.
