Location is good for cruise access
This is more of a "dorm" type set up with a few rooms off main areas, and not a hotel. Check was a bit confusing. We also had other guests having trouble checking in just like us. I thought we would have a person/desk to go to upon check in, but you are on your own to depend on the instructions.

Great location. So easy to walk to cruise port shuttle! Close to nice restaurants and conveniences. Clean peaceful and luxurious!

Short distance from the cruise terminal.
Foul selling overflowing refuse bin on arrival inside the main hallway.
Buzzer sound every time someone accessed the property, which was agitating.
Not the cleanest room - found red dried stain and long hair on the bathroom basin.
Tv remote control not working.
Bedside cabinets very worn on the tops.
Blue Light on key card slot illuminated the room all night and jeopardised our sleep.
No staff around.
