My wife and I stayed here for one night on the 15th of August 2026 before embarking on our cruise the next morning from Civitavecchia This was an amazing place to stay; everything was excellent, from the location of the property to the lovely air-conditioned room and especially the host, Amanda. She went above and beyond to give our stay that personal touch. She communicated with us through WhatsApp right from the booking and even arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us to her beautiful property. That evening, she directed us to a beautiful restaurant and gave us a voucher for a glass of wine or a soft drink of our choice.The next morning, we had a lovely breakfast at the cafe, and then Amanda was so kind as to leave us at the port to get our cruise ship. What a wonderful lady. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Civitavecchia.

Amanda was so warm and welcoming to our family! We felt right at home and she even helped us get the right train tickets when we wanted to visit Rome. She even gave us a ride to the station herself and to the airport when it was time to leave.

Great location for 1 night while waiting for the ferry. We were one of the 2 units facing the courtyard and street. Comfy, clean, cool. Cute courtyard. Lovely host. Amazing bakery right around the corner.

I made arrangements with Amanda, the owner, to meet me at the airport in Rome. She found me and we had a lively discussion as she drove me to Civitavecchia. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was arranged at a few neighboring cafés. Amanda has included all sorts of things to make her guests feel more comfortable - a mini fridge, water, toiletries, all the comforts of home. We were very comfortable in our room, and it was a great place to stay prior to our cruise. Amanda really is a sweetheart! My sister-in-law and I had dinner at one of the restaurants which Amanda suggested, and the food was excellent. (The bartender knows Amanda, and happily called a taxi for our ride back, since it was dark by then.) Amanda also includes a ride to the cruise port, which is why we were in town. Though I planned an extra day in Civitavecchia, because I wanted to walk around the Fortaleza di Michelangelo. Absolutely worth the extra night! If I'm ever in Civitavecchia again, this is where I plan to stay!
