Great Value stay in Piran with a Wonderful View

I was debating whether to stay here or in the old Town and I am so glad I decided to stay here. Here you do not have to deal with carrying luggage from the paid parking garages up and down steep steps to the Old Town. Instead you have free parking and a great view. The host was wonderful and solved minor issues with the room immediately (wrong WiFi password and changed battery for AC remote). We found it extremely easy to walk to the beach nearby and to the old town directly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing

We were 3 families (10 people altogether) staying in 4 appartments and were more than satisfied. The rooms and appartments were absolutely clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The huge terrace with a shared kitchen was invaluable. The Fiesa beach is accesible within a walking distance 10 - 15 min. down the hill. The distance to the town center is similar. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. From the terrace there is an amazing view and the location is not far away from the center of Pirano. We needed to check in earlier and everything worked out perfectly. Very nice host!

Great location with short walks to both an amazing swimming area and the magical town of Piran. Amazing staff and stunning views off their communal deck that also has a communal kitchen. A very special place to stay in a very special part of the world.

Great location with parking. Super friendly and helpful owner and team. Lovely views from the terrace for breakfast. An ideal spot for exploring Piran. Walk into town is about 10-15 mins and down to the sea is similar. Nice outdoor kitchen with fridge etc for storing/preparing meals etc. I would have liked to stay longer than just the one night.

Wonderful apartment with fantastic sea view.

Wonderful comfortable and clean apartment with a fantastic shared terrace overlooking the sea. The air con worked really well and kept the room beautifully cool. Great to have the opportunity to cook in the outdoor kitchen or in the apartment and then sit eating and enjoying the sea view. Short walk to both beach and Piran centre. Martina was a great host.

The shared roof deck has an AMAZING view (for sunrise especially). It is a short 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk into Piran in the opposite direction. The owners are fantastic! If you're looking for a place that is close to Piran that has parking - this is a great place, not to mention the shuttle for the parking garage is also just a 2 min walk.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room rather than a communal fridge.

Honestly cannot recommend enough -beautiful villa, great location and wonderful hosts. Book it!

We were honestly blown away by how nice the Opara Holiday house was! Our little apartment was pretty much brand new, sparkling clean and very very spacious! The terraced balcony overlooks the sea and there is a little communal kitchen with a bar fridge from where you can buy drinks from - including Opara wines, made by the family that owns the holiday house! The owner was super nice and friendly. She welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the room and gave us directions to get to the city. You have the option to get breakfast made as well and she was able to provide me with gluten free breakfast. The location of the villa is slightly outside of the old town but if you arrive by car having a private parking spot at the villa is well worth the 10-15 minute walk to town.

We had a wonderful time here!

We had a wonderful time at guesthouse Opara. It is at a street with a bit of local traffic just outside the centre. This makes it a quiet place with a terrace with magnificent view on the sea. There is an outside kitchen which you could use with a fridge where you can can buy drinks at very reasonable prices. The host and other personel are fantastic.

Wonderful location, great views

Wonderful location, so convenient to have parking in Piran. Staff were polite and helpful, we loved having drinks on the terrace overlooking the sea. We appreciated having access to the kitchen to make our own breakfast and having a place to dry our things after a day at the beach.

A Good Place in Piran

Lovely staff in this exceptionally clean and well appointed property. Breakfast quality excellent and very nice to have it on the sea-view terrace. A bonus also to have access to the covered summer kitchen to make drinks and use the fridge. Parking quite clearly an asset - the location high up above the town would not suit everyone but was absolutely no problem for us as we enjoyed the variety of walks up and down.

We found the triple bedroom a little compact overall, with limited floor space around the beds and in the bathroom where the shower cubicle was a little narrow.

Excellent, welcoming guesthouse close to the beach

The staff were all super friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard when we checked in. We got recommendations for eating and sightseeing which were all excellent. The room was comfy and clean and the terrace is spectacular. It’s a great location as it is quiet but still a quick walk to the beach and only 10 min walk into piran old town. We wished we could stay longer.
