I have stayed at this location prior and enjoyed

The room they first gave me was not to my liking facing the inside of elevator dark etc. I had to pay additional 40 euros for a room already expensive upgrade I booked a year in advance! Very disappointed I may rethink my next stay

Well located and decorated. Staff were excellent and guest orientated. A comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We chose an entry level room which was very small for 2 people. Next time I would select a larger room. Gym a bit small.

The staff were exceptionally helpful especially Clara. They helped us plan what to see. Guided us and helped with the bookings.

My room was a little small and didn’t get much daylight. However the rest of the hotel is beautifully furnished, light with beautiful artwork.

It was clean and the rooftop pool was nice to get away for awhile

There was never towels at the pool and I had to ring for them the three days I was there. The room I was given was the smallest room I think I have ever been in when staying in a hotel. It would suit one person not a couple. I am not boujie by any means but I could barely get around the bed to the bathroom it was so small (516) we had two different couples staying same time that both had lovely big rooms to move around in and we all paid the same price. Luck of the draw but disappointing. Also this was our second time staying there so expected more as we enjoyed the first time.
