From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone for our entire stay. Warm, attentive, and always smiling, they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Every request — no matter how big or small — was handled with grace and flexibility. Whether it came to check-in and check-out times or any special arrangements, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. Every corner is spotless, the pool is pristine and beautifully kept, and the overall atmosphere radiates elegance and care. This is a place that takes pride in every detail. The location is outstanding — vibrant and beautiful both during the day and into the evening, with everything Barcelona has to offer right at your doorstep. Granados 83 is in a class of its own — elite, refined, and truly special. If you want to experience Barcelona the right way, this is where you stay. Highly, highly recommended. We will absolutely be back.

The staff are exceptional, very friendly and polite.

The bed in the room was notably shorter than a standard bed by at least 30cm. We also had an issue with the bed creaking; it was so loud that it kept us awake at night. We notified the front desk team, and the bed was "fixed", but actually, it just made it worse. We were given a new room for the third night, and it was much better. The bathroom in both rooms was pretty tired and didn't seem that clean. Lastly, we tried to order room service, which appears to be handled by a third party, and they were extremely rude when answering the phone.
