Location is great with lots of lovely places to eat around the hotel. If you fancy something different than tapas give the lovely Italian restaurant 3 min walk from the hotel a try (Rua travena Gastronomica Italian) The hotel location to all sights very easy access from the hotel. The area the hotel is in is quiet and safe. Staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Emil who worked on the roof bar terrace which is also lovely especially the pool to cool off in after a long day sightseeing.

Location is fantastic, the pool area is very relaxing and staff were friendly
The room was so noisy. All day and night- it’s like they have paper thin walls and you hear everything happening (very loudly)

The breakfast was excellent... The location is very good...
Cleanliness was not at the expected level. It's acceptable for me, but it's not clean enough for someone with children...
