The staff were helpful and friendly, and the pool area was peaceful with beautiful views of the city. We loved the poolside bar, which served the best pizzas! The hotel was within walking distance of most attractions, and we loved the beautiful neighbourhood, with its lovely restaurants and shopping nearby. A wonderful location for exploring the city!
It was perfect, thank you.

The day shift staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room did not have a handlebar to open the window and we asked for one and got one. Simarly, no coffee machine which they provided once we asked sbout it.
It was missing something, and It felt a bit soulless.
