Staff. No one smiles, no one greeted us during the day. The provision of what meals you had to eat during the day was awful between breakfast and dinner. You cannot expect people to wait after breakfast until 3 or 4pm to eat. There was no vending, no snacks to purchase or drinks. If there were no one offered that information. Staff were rude and completely bothered to us. Again no smiles no greeting. Our server at lunch completely disappeared and never once came back to our table after we order. This is unacceptable. We travelled a long arduous distance to get your vineyard to stay. The only people who were friendly were the woman who received us when we arrived and Leonardo who led the tour. The view and the grounds are beautiful. Treat your guests like you appreciate them and offer simple options like snacks. We were constantly hungry. Just because the barbeque is closed shouldn't mean we can't eat until the afternoon. Also you provide a very restricted menu with limited options especially for vegatarians. Even you are non vegetarian large hunks of meat are not appetizing. Food quality was not that great to play it up that the Chef is highly touted. Service was slow.

The property was beautiful! The restaurants were wonderful.

Beautiful location overlooking the river and within walking distance to Pinhão. Lovely breakfast. Our wine tasting experience and dinner were fantastic.

The casual pizza resturant had very bad food and plastic chairs- the wine was not good. The staff were very nice and the room was large and clean. We ate in the main restaurant at night- the food was very average. The breakfasts were very nice
